Claims (3)
- 機械方向(MD)に動く、移動する材料のシートの形成を監視するシステムであって、
前記移動する材料のシートの連続的な温度プロファイルを生成するために、前記MDに沿った第1の位置で、横方向に沿って前記シート材料(42)の熱画像を捕捉するように構成されている熱撮像デバイス(22)と、
前記第1の位置の下流である、前記MDに沿った第2の位置で、前記移動する材料のシートの面積重量(74、76)を測定するための手段と、
第3の位置で前記材料のシートの温度を測定するように構成されている温度センサ(78)と、
横方向(CD)に沿って、前記移動する材料のシートの前記面積重量をコンピュータ処理するように構成されているコントローラ(100)と、を備える、システム。 - 金属シートを電極材料でコーティングするためのロールツーロールシート生産システムであって、
機械方向(MD)に動く金属基板のシート(44)の連続的なソースと、
コーティングされた動くシートを形成するために、前記動く金属基板(30)上に電極材料のコーティングを塗布するように構成されているコータ(6、14)と、
前記コーティングされた動くシート(42)の連続的な温度プロファイルを生成するために、前記MDに沿った第1の位置で、横方向(CD)に沿って、前記コーティングされた動くシート(42)の熱画像を捕捉する、前記コータ(6、14)の下流に位置する、熱撮像カメラ(22)と、
前記コーティングされた動くシートの特定面積の前記コーティングされた動くシート(42)の坪量を測定するように構成されているベータゲージ(74、76)であって、前記第1の位置の下流に位置する、ベータゲージ(74、76)と、
前記特定面積又は前記特定面積の近くで、前記コーティングされた動くシートの温度を測定するように構成されている温度センサ(78)と、
CDに沿って、前記コーティングされた動くシートの前記坪量をコンピュータ処理するように構成されているプロセッサ(102)と、を備える、ロールツーロールシート生産システム。 - 機械方向(MD)に動いている複合コーティングされたシートの単位面積当たりの重量を計算する方法であって、
(a)前記MDに沿った第1の位置で、横方向(CD)に沿って、前記複合コーティングされたシートの熱画像データを生成することと、
(b)前記第1の位置から下流にある、前記MDに沿った第2の位置に位置する尋問スポットの前記複合コーティングされたシートの単位面積当たりの前記重量を計算することと、
(c)前記尋問スポット又は前記尋問スポットの近傍で、前記複合コーティングされたシートの表面温度を測定することと、
(d)前記複合コーティングされたシートのCDに沿って、前記複合コーティングされたシートの単位面積当たりの前記重量をコンピュータ処理することと、を含む、方法。
