Abstract
Description
前記調圧機構部は、細径孔と太径孔を有する段付き孔が貫設されていて、前記細径孔に調節ばねが収装され、前記太径孔内に鍔付きナットとそれに螺合するネジ杆が配備される円筒形の筒状ハウジングと、前記筒状ハウジングの前記レギュレータ本体取付面と反対側の端面を閉塞する端面カバーと、前記端面カバーから突出する前記ネジ杆の端部に固定されて、前記調節ばねを伸縮させるよう作用する操作ハンドルとを含んで構成され、
前記端面カバーは、前記筒状ハウジングの端部に嵌め付けられる樹脂リングに固定され、前記操作ハンドルの回動量に応じ、前記樹脂リングと一体になって前記筒状ハウジングの端面に対して摺接回転可能であることを特徴とするレギュレータユニットである。

Claims (6)
- 駆動用シリンダと流体圧供給源との間に配置されるレギュレータユニットであって、レギュレータ本体と、前記レギュレータ本体に連設される調圧機構部とから成り、
前記調圧機構部は、細径孔と太径孔を有する段付き孔が貫設されていて、前記細径孔に調節ばねが収装され、前記太径孔内に鍔付きナットとそれに螺合するネジ杆が配備される円筒形の筒状ハウジングと、
前記筒状ハウジングの前記レギュレータ本体取付面と反対側の端面を閉塞する端面カバーと、
前記端面カバーから突出する前記ネジ杆の端部に固定されて、前記調節ばねを伸縮させるよう作用する操作ハンドルとを含んで構成され、
前記端面カバーは、前記筒状ハウジングの端部に嵌め付けられる樹脂リングに固定され、前記操作ハンドルの回動量に応じ、前記樹脂リングと一体になって前記筒状ハウジングの端面に対して摺接回転可能であることを特徴とするレギュレータユニット。 - 前記筒状ハウジングの端部が太径化されて抜け止めフランジが形成され、前記端面カバーと前記樹脂製リングはこの抜け止めフランジを挟んで連結される、請求項1に記載のレギュレータユニット。
- 前記樹脂製リングの内周面に前記抜け止めフランジが当たる段部が形成される、請求項2に記載のレギュレータユニット。
- 前記樹脂製リングに、前記筒状ハウジングの外周面との間の摩擦力を補助するためのプランジャーが埋設される、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のレギュレータユニット。
- 前記操作ハンドルは,摩擦式締結具を介して前記ネジ杆の端部に固定される、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のレギュレータユニット。
- 前記操作ハンドルは、その回動操作後にセンター位置に自動復帰する機能を備える、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のレギュレータユニット。
