Abstract
Description
木材パルプのスラリーを調製するスラリー調製工程、
前記スラリーをシート状とするシート形成工程、
前記シートを脱水して湿紙を形成する湿紙調製工程、
前記湿紙を乾燥して前記合紙を得る乾燥工程
を少なくとも含む方法により製造することができる。
木材パルプとして針葉樹晒クラフトパルプ(NBKP)100質量部を離解して叩解度510mlc.s.f.のパルプスラリーを調製し、長網抄紙機を使用してガラス板用合紙を作製した。抄紙の条件として、プレスパートのロールプレス圧は、第1プレスが40kg/cm、第2プレス65kg/cm、第3プレス90kg/cmに設定した。また、スムーザー圧を40kg/cmになるように設定した。
実施例1で調製されたパルプスラリーに、パルプスラリーに含まれるNBKP100質量部に対して、ポリアミドエピクロロヒドリン系紙力増強剤(商品名:「WS4020」、星光PMC社製)を0.4質量部となるように配合した以外は実施例1と同様にして、坪量50g/m2のガラス板用合紙を作製した。
パルプスラリーの叩解度を320mlc.s.f.とし、プレスパートのロールプレス圧を第1プレス50kg/cm、第2プレス80kg/cm、第3プレス100kg/cmに設定した以外は実施例1と同様に坪量50g/m2のガラス板用合紙を作製した。
NBKPを2質量%になるように水へ分散させ、ダブルディスクリファイナーを用いて平均繊維長が400μmになるまで叩解し、さらに高圧ホモジナイザー(エスエムテー製、LAB1000)を用いて750barの圧力に調整して6回処理することによりセルロースナノファイバーを得た。
プレスパートのロールプレス圧は、第1プレスが30kg/cm、第2プレス55kg/cm、第3プレス80kg/cmに設定したとした以外は実施例1と同様に坪量50g/m2のガラス板用合紙を得た。
実施例1で調製されたパルプスラリーに、パルプスラリーに含まれるNBKP100質量部に対して、ポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維(繊維長3mmカット)を20質量部混合し、長網抄紙機を使用した以外は実施例1と同様に坪量50g/m2のガラス板用合紙を得た。
実施例1~4及び比較例1~2のガラス板用合紙について摩耗試験を実施した。摩耗試験はJIS P8136:1994に準じた板紙耐摩耗試験機(熊谷理機工業社製)を用いて、1組のガラス板用合紙の上から500gfの荷重をかけて毎分30往復の速度にて紙の表裏面が接触摩擦するように往復摺動させた。そして、目視にてガラス板用合紙表面の紙剥けの発生を観察し、紙剥けが生じた往復摺動回数を記録した。結果を表1に示す。
アルミ製で75度の角度がつけられたL字架台上のガラス載置面に発泡ウレタンを敷き、ガラス板を垂直方向に載置するための載置面と、載置面の後端部から垂直方向に延びる背もたれ面に向けて、サイズ680mm × 880mm × 0.7mm のガラス板120枚の各ガラス板の間にローラーを備える給紙装置によってガラス板用合紙を挿入したガラス板及びガラス板用合紙の積層体を、背もたれ面に平行となるように立てかけ、架台に固定された帯状のベルトを後端部から背もたれ面へ全周にわたり掛け渡してガラス板を固定した。上記のようにセットされた架台は、外部からの埃や塵等の混入を防ぐため包装資材で全面を被覆した。その後、トラックでの輸送テストを実施した。輸送テスト条件は、輸送距離1000km(輸送途中に40℃ × 95%RHの環境下に5日間保管)でテストを実施した。
プレスパートのロールプレス圧は、第1プレスが30kg/cm、第2プレス55kg/cm、第3プレス80kg/cmに設定した以外は実施例1と同様に坪量50g/m2のガラス板用合紙を得た。
Claims (15)
- JIS P8136:1994で規定される摩耗試験において往復摺動回数4回で紙剥けが生じない、ガラス板用合紙。
- 木材パルプを原料とする、請求項1記載のガラス板用合紙。
- 前記木材パルプが古紙パルプを含まない、請求項2記載のガラス板用合紙。
- 単層である、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のガラス板用合紙。
- 前記ガラス板がディスプレイ用である、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のガラス板用合紙。
- 前記ディスプレイがTFT液晶ディスプレイ又は有機ELディスプレイである、請求項5記載のガラス板用合紙。
- 前記ガラス板の表面にカラーフィルターが形成される、請求項6記載のガラス板用合紙。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のガラス板用合紙及びガラス板からなる積層体。
- JIS P8136:1994で規定される摩耗試験において紙剥けが生じる往復摺動回数が7回以上である、ガラス板用合紙。
- 前記ガラス板用合紙が木材パルプを原料とする、請求項9記載のガラス板用合紙。
- 前記木材パルプが古紙パルプを含まない、請求項10記載のガラス板用合紙。
- 前記ガラス板用合紙が単層である、請求項9乃至11のいずれかに記載のガラス板用合紙。
- 前記ガラス板がディスプレイ用である、請求項9乃至12のいずれかに記載のガラス板用合紙。
- 前記ディスプレイがTFT液晶ディスプレイ又は有機ELディスプレイである請求項13記載のガラス板用合紙。
- 前記ガラス板の表面にカラーフィルターが形成される、請求項14記載のガラス板用合紙。
