Description
- 生分解性の天然またはバイオベースのバイオポリマー[デンプンおよび/またはセルロースおよび/またはリグニンおよび/またはキチンおよび/またはキトサンおよび/またはポリ乳酸(PLA)および/またはポリヒドロキシアルカノエート(PHA)および/またはポリブチレンサクシネート(PBS)および/またはポリエチレン-コ-イソソルビド-テレフタレートポリマー(PEIT)および/またはコポリマー]、および/または
- 非生分解性のバイオベースのバイオポリマー(バイオベースのセバシン酸を使用したポリアミド6.10)、および/または
- 生分解性の石油化学ベースのバイオポリマー、および/または
- 非生分解性の石油化学ベースのポリマー[ポリアミド(PA)および/またはポリエステル、例えばポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)および/またはポリトリメチレンテレフタレート(PTT)および/またはポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)および/またはポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)および/またはポリエチレン(PE)および/またはポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)および/またはポリフェニレンスルフィド(PPS)および/またはポリウレタン(PU)および/またはコポリマー]
を含むことができ、またはそれによって与えられることが可能である。
- 生分解性の天然またはバイオベースのバイオポリマー[デンプンおよび/またはセルロースおよび/またはリグニンおよび/またはキチンおよび/またはキトサンおよび/またはポリ乳酸(PLA)および/またはポリヒドロキシアルカノエート(PHA)および/またはポリブチレンサクシネート(PBS)および/またはポリエチレン-コ-イソソルビド-テレフタレートポリマー(PEIT)および/またはコポリマー]、および/または
- 非生分解性のバイオベースのバイオポリマー(バイオベースのセバシン酸を使用したポリアミド6.10)、および/または
- 生分解性の石油化学ベースのバイオポリマー、および/または
- 非生分解性の石油化学ベースのポリマー[ポリアミド(PA)および/またはポリエステル、例えばポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)および/またはポリトリメチレンテレフタレート(PTT)および/またはポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)および/またはポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)および/またはポリエチレン(PE)および/またはポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)および/またはポリフェニレンスルフィド(PPS)および/またはポリウレタン(PU)および/またはコポリマー]

Claims (14)
- 2,5-フランジカルボン酸を使用して製造された少なくとも1つのバイオポリマーから部分的にまたは全体的になる工業用テキスタイル(1、11、17、22、33)、特に抄紙用具、プロセスベルトまたはコンベヤベルト。
- 2,5-フランジカルボン酸から製造されたバイオポリマーまたは少なくとも1つのバイオポリマーが、ポリアミドおよび/またはポリエステルおよび/またはポリウレタンおよび/またはポリアミドのコポリマーおよび/またはポリエステルのコポリマーおよび/またはポリウレタンのコポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工業用テキスタイル(1、11、17、22、33)。
- 2,5-フランジカルボン酸から調製されたバイオポリマーまたは少なくとも1つのバイオポリマーが、ポリエチレンフラノエートおよび/またはそのコポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工業用テキスタイル(1、11、17、22、33)。
- 前記2,5-フランジカルボン酸が、1つまたは複数の再生可能な、特に植物性原料、好ましくはトウモロコシの単糖から製造されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の工業用テキスタイル(1、11、17、22、33)。
- 前記工業用テキスタイル(1、11、17、22、33)が、繊維(12、13、16)および/または糸(6~10、14a、15a、19、20、24~27、29~32、34~40)、特にモノフィラメント(6~10、19~20、24~27、29~32、36~37、40)および/またはモノフィラメント糸(14~15)および/またはマルチフィラメント(39)および/またはマルチフィラメント糸および/または短繊維糸(38)および/または多成分糸(35)の形態のものを含み、好ましくは、前記繊維の一部または全部および/または前記糸(6~10、14a、15a、19~20、24~27、29~32、34~40)の一部または全部が、2,5-フランジカルボン酸を用いて調製された少なくとも1つのバイオポリマーから部分的にまたは全体的になることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の工業用テキスタイル(1、11、17、22、33)。
- 前記工業用テキスタイル(1、11、17、22、33)が、糸(6~10、14a、15a、19~20、24~27、29~32、34~40)を含む糸システムを含むかまたはそれからなり、好ましくは、前記糸(6~10、14a、15a、19~20、24~27、29~32、34~40)の一部または全部が、2,5-フランジカルボン酸を使用して製造された少なくとも1つのバイオポリマーからなることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の工業用テキスタイル(1、11、17、22、33)。
- 前記糸システムが、1つまたは複数の織布(2,3,15,18)、編布(33)、不織布層(14)、スパイラルリンクバンド(23)および/またはそれらの組合せを形成することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の工業用テキスタイル(1,11,17,22,33)。
- 前記糸システムの糸の一部または全部が、モノフィラメント(6~10、19~20、24~27、29~32、36~37、40)および/またはモノフィラメント撚糸(14~15)および/またはマルチフィラメント(39)および/またはマルチフィラメント撚糸および/または短繊維糸(38)および/または多成分糸(35)として形成され、好ましくは、モノフィラメント(6~10、19~20、24~27、29~32、36~37、40)および/またはモノフィラメント撚糸(14~15)および/またはマルチフィラメント(39)および/またはマルチフィラメント糸および/または短繊維糸(38)および/または多成分糸(35)として形成された糸の一部または全部が、2,5-フランジカルボン酸を用いて製造された少なくとも1つのバイオポリマーから部分的にまたは全体的になることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の工業用テキスタイル(1、11、17、22、33)。
- 前記糸システムが複数の層(2、3、14、15)を含み、少なくとも1つの層が、2,5-フランジカルボン酸を使用して製造された少なくとも1つのバイオポリマーから部分的にまたは全体的になる糸(6~10、14a、15a、19~20、24~27、29~32、34~40)を含有するかまたはそれからなることを特徴とする、請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載の工業用テキスタイル(1、11、17、22、33)。
- 前記工業用テキスタイル(1、11、17、22、33)がコーティング(21)を備え、好ましくは、前記コーティング(21)が、2,5-フランジカルボン酸を使用して調製された少なくとも1つのバイオポリマーから部分的にまたは全体的になることを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の工業用テキスタイル(1、11、17、22、33)。
- 前記工業用テキスタイル(1、11、17、22、33)が、繊維層(12、13、16)を備え、好ましくは、前記繊維層が、2,5-フランジカルボン酸を使用して調製された少なくとも1つのバイオポリマーから部分的にまたは全体的になることを特徴とする、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の工業用テキスタイル(1、11、17、22、33)。
- 前記工業用テキスタイル(1、11、17、22、33)が、2,5-フランジカルボン酸を使用して製造された少なくとも1つのバイオポリマーを少なくとも50重量%、特に少なくとも70重量%、好ましくは少なくとも90重量%含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の工業用テキスタイル(1、11、17、22、33)。
- 前記工業用テキスタイル(1、11、17、22、33)が、抄紙機用のフォーミングファブリック、プレスフェルト、トランスファーベルトまたはドライヤーファブリックとして形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の工業用テキスタイル(1、11、17、22、33)。
- 工業用テキスタイル(1、11、17、22、33)、特に製紙用織物、または好ましくは食品産業や木材産業用のプロセスベルトまたはコンベヤベルトを製造するための、2,5-フランジカルボン酸から製造される少なくとも1つのバイオポリマーの使用。
