Claims (14)
- 酸素測定デバイスとモニタリングシステムとを備えた酸素測定システムであって、
前記酸素測定デバイスは、
膀胱内から導尿口を介して流入した尿が流通可能な導尿ルーメンが形成されたシャフトと、前記シャフトの基端に設けられて前記導尿ルーメンに連通する排尿ポートが形成されたハブと、を有する尿道カテーテルを備え、
前記ハブには、
前記排尿ポート内を尿中の酸素を検出するための酸素センサ本体と、
前記排尿ポート内の尿の温度を検出するための温度センサ本体と、
前記排尿ポート内の尿の流量を検出するための流速センサ本体と、が設けられ、
前記酸素センサ本体は、前記排尿ポート内の尿に接触可能に設けられ、且つ励起光が照射されることによって蛍光を発する材料で構成された蛍光体を有し、
前記モニタリングシステムは、前記ハブに着脱可能なケーブルコネクタを有し、
前記ケーブルコネクタは、ハウジング、酸素用ケーブル、温度検出部及び流量用ケーブルを含み、
前記ハウジング内には、前記ハブに前記ケーブルコネクタが装着された状態で、前記酸素用ケーブルが前記酸素センサ本体に光学的に接続され、前記温度検出部が前記温度センサ本体に接触又は近接し、前記流量用ケーブルが前記流速センサ本体に接続されるように、前記酸素用ケーブル、前記温度検出部及び前記流量用ケーブルが設けられている、酸素測定システム。 - 請求項1記載の酸素測定システムであって、
前記蛍光体は、前記酸素用ケーブルの先端面よりも大きい面積を有している、酸素測定システム。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の酸素測定システムであって、
前記酸素センサ本体は、前記温度センサ本体よりも先端側に設けられている、酸素測定システム。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の酸素測定システムであって、
前記流速センサ本体は、前記温度センサ本体よりも基端側に設けられている、酸素測定システム。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の酸素測定システムであって、
前記ハブには、前記排尿ポートに所定の流体を導入可能又は前記排尿ポートを流通している尿を採取可能なポート部が前記酸素センサ本体よりも先端側に設けられている、酸素測定システム。 - 請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の酸素測定システムであって、
前記ハブのうち前記酸素センサ本体よりも基端側には、前記排尿ポートよりも基端側から前記酸素センサ本体への空気の流入を抑制する流入抑制部が設けられている、酸素測定システム。 - 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の酸素測定システムであって、
前記酸素センサ本体は、前記蛍光体が設けられ、前記蛍光体の励起光及び前記蛍光体からの蛍光を透過可能に構成された基部を有する、酸素測定システム。 - 請求項7記載の酸素測定システムであって、
前記基部は、前記ケーブルコネクタが前記ハブに装着された状態で前記酸素用ケーブルの先端面が押圧されて弾性変形可能な弾性部を含む、酸素測定システム。 - 請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の酸素測定システムであって、
前記シャフトのうち前記導尿ルーメンの外周側には、前記シャフトの構成材料よりも酸素ガス透過率の低い材料で構成されたガス透過抑制部が設けられている、酸素測定システム。 - 請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の酸素測定システムであって、
前記ハブは、
前記シャフトの基端に設けられた中空状のハブ本体と、
前記ハブ本体の基端に設けられた中空状の連結部と、を有し、
前記連結部は、
前記ハブ本体の基端開口部に設けられた第1接続部と、
前記第1接続部の基端に設けられた連結部本体と、
前記連結部本体の基端部に設けられて蓄尿バッグの導尿チューブの先端開口部に嵌入された第2接続部と、を含み、
前記連結部本体の基端部は、前記第2接続部の内腔に突出した突出部を含み、
前記酸素センサ本体は、前記突出部よりも先端側に位置し、
前記突出部の基端側開口部の流路断面積は、前記第2接続部の内腔の流路断面積よりも小さい、酸素測定システム。 - 請求項10記載の酸素測定システムであって、
前記酸素センサ本体、前記温度センサ本体及び前記流速センサ本体は、前記突出部よりも先端側に位置するとともに先端側からこの順番で互いに離間して一列に配置されている、酸素測定システム。 - 請求項10又は11に記載の酸素測定システムであって、
前記連結部は、
第1部位と、
前記第1部位よりも基端側に位置するとともに前記第1部位の流路断面積よりも小さい流路断面積を有する第2部位と、を備え、
前記第2部位には、基端側に向かって内方に傾斜した傾斜部が設けられ、
前記酸素センサ本体は、前記傾斜部に配置されている、酸素測定システム。 - 請求項10~12のいずれか1項に記載の酸素測定システムであって、
前記酸素センサ本体は、前記蛍光体が設けられ、前記蛍光体の励起光及び前記蛍光体からの蛍光を透過可能に構成された基部を有し、
前記基部は、前記連結部本体の内面よりも内方に膨出するように構成された基板を有し、
前記基板のうち膨出した部分の外面には、前記蛍光体が塗布されている、酸素測定システム。 - 請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の酸素測定システムであって、
前記ケーブルコネクタが設けられた伝送ケーブルと、
前記伝送ケーブルに連結され、前記酸素センサ本体から前記伝送ケーブルを介して出力された前記酸素センサ本体の出力信号に基づいて尿中の酸素分圧を算出する制御装置と、を備える、酸素測定システム。
