- 膀胱(140)内から導尿口(28)を介して流入した尿が流通可能な導尿ルーメン(42)が形成されたシャフト(22、22a)と、前記シャフト(22、22a)の基端に設けられて前記導尿ルーメン(42)に連通する排尿ポート(618)が形成されたハブ(26)と、を有する尿道カテーテル(18)と、
前記排尿ポート(618)内を流通する尿に接触可能に前記ハブ(26)に設けられて尿中の酸素を検出するための酸素センサ本体(636、636a)と、を備え、
前記酸素センサ本体(636、636a)は、
前記排尿ポート(618)内の尿に接触可能に設けられた蛍光体(658)と、
前記蛍光体(658)が設けられ、前記蛍光体(658)の励起光及び前記蛍光体(658)からの蛍光を透過可能に構成された基部(656、656a)と、を有し、
前記ハブ(26)は、前記酸素センサ本体(636、636a)に光学的に接続可能な光ファイバ(96)を保持するケーブルコネクタ(90)が着脱可能に構成される、
ことを特徴とする酸素測定デバイス(10)。 - 請求項1記載の酸素測定デバイス(10)において、
前記ハブ(26)には、前記排尿ポート(618)を流通する尿の温度を検出するための温度センサ本体(638)が設けられている、

前記酸素センサ本体(636、636a)は、前記温度センサ本体(638)よりも先端側に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする酸素測定デバイス(10)。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の酸素測定デバイス(10)において、
前記ハブ(26)には、前記排尿ポート(618)を流通する尿の流量を検出するための流速センサ本体(640)が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする酸素測定デバイス(10)。 - 請求項3に従属する請求項4記載の酸素測定デバイス(10)において、
流速センサ本体(640)は、温度センサ本体(638)よりも基端側に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする酸素測定デバイス(10)。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の酸素測定デバイス(10)において、
前記ハブ(26)には、前記排尿ポート(618)に所定の流体を導入可能又は前記排尿ポート(618)を流通している尿を採取可能なポート部(632)が前記酸素センサ本体(636、636a)よりも先端側に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする酸素測定デバイス(10)。 - 膀胱(140)内から導尿口(28)を介して流入した尿が流通可能な導尿ルーメン(42)が形成されたシャフト(22、22a)と、前記シャフト(22、22a)の基端に設けられて前記導尿ルーメン(42)に連通する排尿ポート(618)が形成されたハブ(26)と、を有する尿道カテーテル(18)と、
前記排尿ポート(618)内を流通する尿に接触可能に前記ハブ(26)に設けられて尿中の酸素を検出するための酸素センサ本体(636、636a)と、を備え、
前記ハブ(26)のうち前記酸素センサ本体(636、636a)よりも基端側には、前記排尿ポート(618)よりも基端側から前記酸素センサ本体(636、636a)への空気の流入を抑制する流入抑制部(628)が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする酸素測定デバイス(10)。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の酸素測定デバイス(10)において、
前記基部(656、656a)は、前記ケーブルコネクタ(90)が前記ハブ(26)に装着された状態で前記光ファイバ(96)の先端面が押圧されて弾性変形可能な弾性部(654)を含む、
ことを特徴とする酸素測定デバイス(10)。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の酸素測定デバイス(10)において、
前記シャフト(22a)のうち前記導尿ルーメン(42)の外周側には、前記シャフト(22a)の構成材料よりも酸素ガス透過率の低い材料で構成されたガス透過抑制部(672)が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする酸素測定デバイス(10)。 - シャフト(22、22a)及びハブ(26)を有する尿道カテーテル(18)と前記ハブ(26)に設けられた酸素センサ本体(636、636a)とを備えた酸素測定デバイス(10)と、
前記ハブ(26)に着脱可能なケーブルコネクタ(90)が設けられた伝送ケーブル(92)と、
前記伝送ケーブル(92)に連結され、前記酸素センサ本体(636、636a)からの前記伝送ケーブル(92)を介して出力された前記酸素センサ本体(636、636a)の出力信号に基づいて尿中の酸素分圧を算出する制御装置(94)と、を備え、
前記酸素測定デバイス(10)は、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の酸素測定デバイス(10)である、
ことを特徴とする酸素測定システム(12)。
