Abstract
Description
<システム全体構成>
図1は、本開示の実施の形態1に係る電力管理システムの概略的な構成を示す図である。電力管理システム100は、車両1と、充電設備(EVSE:Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment)2と、サーバ3と、電力系統4と、送電線5と、事業者サーバ6とを備える。
図2は、車両1がグリーンゾーンを出入りする様子の一例を説明するための図である。本実施の形態では、グリーンゾーン内における排気ガスの排出が禁止されているため、グリーンゾーン内では車両1はEV走行することが要求される。なお、グリーンゾーンは、本開示に係る「走行規制ゾーン」に相当する。
化石燃料を燃やして発電された電力がバッテリ11に充電されている場合、車両1のEV走行中には温室効果ガスは発生しないものの、発電から電力消費まで全体でみると、一定程度の温室効果ガスが発生している。したがって、単にグリーンゾーン内でのEV走行を車両1に要求するだけでは、その要求が温室効果ガスの削減に寄与しておらず、温室効果ガスの高い削減目標を達成できない可能性がある。
図3は、サーバ3の機能ブロック図である。サーバ3は、充電量取得部301と、排出原単位取得部302と、消費量取得部303と、電力カラーリング部304と、EV距離算出部305と、車両位置取得部306と、地図記憶部307と、位置判定部308と、走行許可部309とを含む。
図7は、グリーンゾーン管理処理を示すフローチャートである。このフローチャートは、予め定められた条件が成立する度、または、予め定められた時間が経過する度に実行される。図7および後述する各フローチャートに記載された各ステップは、サーバ3によるソフトウェア処理により実現されるが、サーバ3内に配置されたハードウェア(電気回路)により実現されてもよい。以下、ステップをSと略す。理解を容易にするため、処理開始時には車両1がグリーンゾーン外に位置している状況を想定する。
図9は、実施の形態1の変形例における電力カラーリングを説明するための図である。実施の形態1では、外部充電の機会毎に、バッテリ11に蓄えられた電力量と排出原単位との間の対応関係が管理されていると説明した(図6参照)。これに対し、実施の形態1の変形例においては、管理の単位をより大まかにし、排出原単位が規制値Eregを超えているかに否かに基づく管理が行われる。規制値Ereg以下の排出原単位をEaと記載し、規制値Ereg超の排出原単位をEbと記載する場合、バッテリ11に蓄えられた電力量は、排出原単位がEaであるかEbであるかによって管理される。
実施の形態2,3では、電力カラーリング処理の様々なバリエーションについて説明する。実施の形態2,3に係る電力管理システムの全体構成は、図1に示した構成と同等である。また、実施の形態2,3に係る電力管理方法におけるグリーンゾーン管理処理も、図7に示した処理と同等である。よって、詳細な説明は繰り返さない。
排出原単位が規制値Ereg以下である電力量を充電可能な充電設備2がユーザの居住地域(自宅、勤務先などの近隣の地域)に存在しない可能性も考えられる。また、ユーザの居住地域によっては、排出原単位に関するデータが付加されていない電力量が充電される充電設備2しか選択肢がない可能性もある。このような状況であっても排出原単位が規制値Ereg以下の電力量の外部充電を要求した場合、遠方の充電設備2への移動をユーザに強いることになり、ユーザにとっての利便性が大きく低下し得る。
Claims (10)
- 車両の電力情報を管理するサーバであって、
前記車両は、充電設備から供給される電力により充電される蓄電装置を含み、
温室効果ガスの排出原単位が規制値を超える電力量を使用しての走行が規制される走行規制ゾーンが存在し、
前記サーバは、
前記充電設備から供給される電力の前記排出原単位を取得するインターフェースと、
前記充電設備から前記蓄電装置に充電された電力量を、前記インターフェースを介して取得された前記排出原単位に対応付けて管理するプロセッサとを備え、
前記プロセッサは、前記蓄電装置に蓄えられた電力量のうち前記排出原単位が前記規制値に満たない電力量を、前記車両が前記走行規制ゾーン内を走行する場合に使用可能な電力量とし、その電力量に関連する情報を前記車両に通知する、サーバ。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記充電設備から前記蓄電装置に充電された電力量と前記排出原単位との対応関係を、前記蓄電装置の充電機会毎に区別し、
前記排出原単位が前記規制値に満たない電力量の合計に関連する情報を前記車両に通知する、請求項1に記載のサーバ。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記充電設備から前記蓄電装置に充電された電力量を、前記排出原単位が前記規制値を超えるか、前記排出原単位が前記規制値に満たないかによって区別し、
前記排出原単位が前記規制値に満たない電力量に関連する情報を前記車両に通知する、請求項1に記載のサーバ。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記充電設備から前記蓄電装置に充電された電力量に対応付けられた前記排出原単位について、所定期間中の平均値を算出し、
前記平均値が前記規制値に満たない電力量に関連する情報を前記車両に通知する、請求項1に記載のサーバ。 - 前記車両を含む複数の車両が存在し、
前記プロセッサは、
前記充電設備から前記蓄電装置に充電された電力量に対応付けられた前記排出原単位について、前記車両および前記複数の車両を対象とする平均値を算出し、
前記平均値が前記規制値に満たない電力量に関連する情報を前記車両に通知する、請求項1に記載のサーバ。 - 前記プロセッサは、前記排出原単位が前記規制値に満たない電力量に基づいて算出される、前記車両が前記走行規制ゾーン内を走行可能な距離を、前記車両が前記走行規制ゾーン内を走行するのに先立ち前記車両に通知する、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のサーバ。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記車両が前記走行規制ゾーン内を走行している場合に、前記車両が前記走行規制ゾーン内を走行可能な距離を更新して前記車両に通知する、請求項6に記載のサーバ。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記排出原単位が前記規制値に満たない電力量に関連する情報を前記走行規制ゾーンの管理者にさらに通知する、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のサーバ。
- 車両であって、
充電設備から供給される電力により充電される蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置に蓄えられた電力量に関する情報処理を行う制御装置とを備え、
温室効果ガスの排出原単位が規制値を超える電力量を使用しての走行が規制される走行規制ゾーンが存在し、
前記制御装置は、
前記蓄電装置の充電に際して前記充電設備から取得された前記排出原単位に関するデータに基づいて、前記蓄電装置に蓄えられた電力量を前記排出原単位に対応付けて管理し、
前記車両が前記走行規制ゾーン内を走行する場合、前記蓄電装置に蓄えられた電力量のうち前記排出原単位が前記規制値に満たない電力量を使用する、車両。 - 車両の電力情報を管理する電力管理方法であって、
前記車両は、充電設備から供給される電力により充電される蓄電装置を含み、
温室効果ガスの排出原単位が規制値を超える電力量を使用しての走行が規制される走行規制ゾーンが存在し、
前記電力管理方法は、
前記充電設備から前記蓄電装置に充電された電力量を取得するステップと、
前記充電設備から供給される電力の前記排出原単位を取得するステップと、
前記充電設備から前記蓄電装置に充電された電力量を前記排出原単位に対応付けて管理するステップと、
前記蓄電装置に蓄えられた電力量のうち前記排出原単位が前記規制値に満たない電力量を、前記車両が前記走行規制ゾーン内を走行する場合に使用可能な電力量とし、その電力量に関連する情報を前記車両に通知するステップとを含む、電力管理方法。
