Claims (15)
- 近位の本体(2)と、該本体(2)の遠位に配置された細長い軸(3)とを有し、
該軸(3)が、第1の軸管(10)と、該第1の軸管(10)の周りに同軸に配置された第2の軸管(12)とを備え、
該第1の軸管(10)の内部に第1の流体空間(11)が形成され、
該第1の軸管(10)と該第2の軸管(12)との間の環状空間が第2の流体空間(13)を形成する、医療器具であって、
該第1の軸管(10)および該第2の軸管(12)の近位端が、該本体(2)内に配置された共通の保持体(20)に受け入れられ、
該保持体(20)が、該第1の流体空間(11)への第1の供給路(23)および該第2の流体空間(13)への第2の供給路(27)を備え、一体型の射出成形体として構成されている、医療器具。 - 前記保持体(20)が、前記第1および第2の軸管(10,12)のための段差付き軸受け路(21)を備える、請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記軸受け路(21)が、前記第1の供給路(23)に近位で合流する、請求項2に記載の医療器具。
- 段差(22)の近位の前記軸受け路(21)の内径が、前記第1の軸管(10)の外径に略対応する、請求項2または3に記載の医療器具。
- 前記第1の軸管(10)が、オーバーモールド成形、接着結合、摩擦溶接、熱埋め込み、または油圧注入によって保持体(20)に接続されている、請求項4に記載の医療器具。
- 前記第2の供給路(27)が、前記段差(22)の領域で前記軸受け路(21)に合流する、請求項2から5のいずれかに記載の医療器具。
- 前記段差(22)から遠位の前記軸受け路(21)の内径が、前記第2の軸管(12)の外径より大きい、請求項2から6のいずれかに記載の医療器具。
- 前記軸受け路(21)が、前記段差(22)から遠位の1つまたは複数の突起(26)を備える、請求項7に記載の医療器具。
- 前記第2の軸管(12)が前記保持体(20)に接着結合されている、請求項7または8に記載の医療器具。
- 前記軸(103)が、前記第2の流体空間(113)を前記器具の外部に接続する1つまたは複数の第1の開口部(120)を備える、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の医療器具。
- 前記軸(103)が、前記第1の流体空間(111)を前記器具の外部に接続する1つまたは複数の第2の開口部(118)を備える、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の医療器具。
- 前記軸(3)の遠位端で、前記第1の流体空間(11)と前記第2の流体空間(13)との間に接続部が存在する、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の医療器具。
- 前記軸(3)が、前記第2の軸管(12)の周りに配置された第3の軸管(16)を備える、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の医療器具。
- 前記第3の軸管(16)が、導電性材料から構成されており、第1の電極(5)が、前記第3の軸管(16)に導電的に接続されている前記軸上に配置されている、請求項13に記載の医療器具。
- 前記第2の軸管(12)が、導電性材料から構成されており、第2の電極(6)が、前記第2の軸管(12)に導電的に接続されている前記軸(3)上に配置されている、請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の医療器具。
