Claims (11)
- サンプル(3;23;33;43)の人工曝露または耐光性試験のための、または太陽放射をシミュレートするための装置(10;20;30;40)であって、
曝露チャンバ(1)と、
前記曝露チャンバ(1)内に設けられたUV光源(4;24;34;44)と、
前記UV光源(4)によって放射されるUV放射によって放射されるように配置された蛍光材料(5;25;35;45)と、を備え、
前記蛍光材料(5)は、自然太陽放射と同様のスペクトル放出特性を含む蛍光放射(7;27;37;47)を放出するように構成されている、装置(10;20;30;40)。 - 前記蛍光材料(5)は、異なるスペクトル放出特性を有する蛍光放射を放出するように構成された2つ以上の蛍光成分を含む、請求項1に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記UV光源(4)は、UV発光ダイオード(LED)、複数のUV LED(4.1)、水銀ランプ(34)、水銀低圧ランプ、またはメタルハライドランプのうちの1つまたは複数である、請求項1または2に記載の装置(10)。
- プリント回路基板(PCB)をさらに備え、前記UV光源(4)は、前記プリント回路基板(PCB)上に実装される複数のUV LED(4.1)を備える、請求項3に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記UV放射は、300nm未満の波長を含むスペクトル成分を少なくとも含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の装置(10)。
- 透明基板(6)をさらに含み、前記蛍光材料が前記透明基板(6)上に塗布される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記透明基板(6)は、シリカガラスまたは石英ガラスからなる、請求項4に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記装置(10)は、前記蛍光材料(5)の周りで前記サンプル(3)を回転させるように構成される、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記透明基板(6)は円筒の形状を有し、前記UV光源(4)は、前記円筒の内部空間に配置されている、請求項8に記載の、および請求項6または7に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記装置(40)は、前記サンプル(43)を静止して配置するように構成されている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の装置(40)。
- 前記透明基板(6)は、第1の主面と、前記第1の主面とは反対側の第2の主面とを含む平坦な形状を有し、前記UV光源(4)は、前記透明基板の前記第1の主面または第2の主面の一方の上方に配置される、請求項10に記載の、および請求項6または7に記載の装置(40)。
