本实用新型公开具有柔和光线的LED灯泡,包括透明灯罩,多个LED灯珠,固定这些灯珠的支架,以及这些LED灯珠的供电电源,所述透明灯罩内侧有棱锥突起,在透明灯罩内侧面和棱锥突起的各个表面有荧光粉涂层,LED灯珠发出的光线通过激发荧光涂层,在荧光涂层上再次发光,在透明灯罩的棱锥上进行折射和反射,得到大于180度的光照角度,提高光线色温,使光线变得柔和,在出现个别LED灯珠的损坏时,灯泡不会出现明显暗区,不影响整体照明效果。

本发明涉及LED照明光源,尤其LED灯泡。
背景技术
照明灯泡大致包括卤素灯、白柘灯、节能灯和LED灯。LED灯泡有体积小、寿命长、发光效率高的优点,作为节能产品被努力推广应用。但目前LED灯泡结构单一,单个LED灯珠功率小,作为照明灯泡一般将多个LED灯珠串联或者并联方式组合起来,成为一个灯泡,但由于LED灯珠照射角度小,色温低,光线比较刺眼,出现个别LED灯珠损坏时在LED灯泡便出现了暗区,影响整体照明效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有柔和光线的LED灯泡。
本实用新型LED灯泡包括透明灯罩,多个LED灯珠,固定这些灯珠的支架,以及这些LED灯珠的供电电源,所述透明灯罩内侧有棱锥突起,在透明灯罩内侧面和棱锥突起的各个表面有荧光粉涂层。
上述LED灯珠之间优选为并联连接,以免在出现个别LED灯珠断路后整个灯泡不发光,并且可以单独更换不发光的LED灯珠。
透明灯罩内侧有棱锥突起可以是三棱锥、四棱锥或者五棱锥,优选的是三棱锥,其高度为0.5~1CM。
LED灯珠优选为紫外发光二极管,荧光粉涂层为三基色荧光涂层。
本实用新型将LED灯珠发出的光线通过激发荧光涂层,在荧光涂层上再次发光,在透明灯罩的棱锥上进行折射和反射,得到大于180度的光照角度,提高光线色温,使光线变得柔和,在出现个别LED灯珠的损坏时,灯泡不会出现明显暗区,不影响整体照明效果。

具体实施方式
图1示出本实用新型一种实施方式,包括透明灯罩1,多个LED灯珠2,固定这些灯珠的支架3,以及这些LED灯珠的供电电源。供电电源藏于支架3内部。LED灯珠之间为并联进行电连接,采用已有的LED供电电路,由供电电源向每一LED灯珠供电。支架3的外壳上有散热孔4以便电路元件的散热。
透明灯罩1的内侧面上有透明棱锥突起5,该棱锥突起5为三棱锥,其高度为0.5~1CM。在棱锥突起5的各个表面有荧光粉涂层。透明灯罩1采用无机或有机玻璃、透明塑料灯材料在模具中浇铸制成,在模具上形成棱锥孔,棱锥突起5便可以与透明灯罩1一起成型。荧光粉涂层由荧光粉分散在粘结剂和溶剂中,喷涂在透明灯罩1的内侧面和棱锥突起5的各个表面上,烘干便可形成。荧光粉的选择要与LED灯珠发出的光线相匹配,使荧光粉能被LED灯珠激发而发光。作为照明灯泡,一般需要白光,可以采用紫外发光二极管,荧光粉涂层中荧光粉为紫外线激发的红蓝黄三基色荧光涂层;或者采用蓝光发光二极管,荧光粉涂层中荧光粉为蓝光激发的红黄两基色荧光涂层。

1.一种LED灯泡,包括透明灯罩,多个LED灯珠,固定这些灯珠的支架,以及这些LED灯珠的供电电源,其特征在于,所述透明灯罩内侧面上有棱锥突起,在透明灯罩内侧面和棱锥突起的各个表面有荧光粉涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述LED灯珠之间为并联连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述棱锥突起为三棱锥,其高度为0.5~1CM。
4.根据权利要求1所述LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述LED灯珠为紫外发光二极管,荧光粉涂层为三基色荧光涂层。
