Abstract
Description
ガラス試料1~38を、以下の表1に示す組成から形成した。表1に列挙した組成を有するガラスを、従来のソースのバッチ又は開始材料から作製し、アルミニウムカバーを用いて、空気中において、1570℃~1650℃の白金るつぼ内で溶融させた。
上述の実施例1で形成した様々なガラス試料をイオン交換に供し、様々なイオン交換条件下でのカリウムの拡散性を検査した。表7は、この実施例に使用したガラス試料、イオン交換溶液及びイオン交換温度を示す。様々なイオン交換条件におけるカリウムの拡散性も、表7において与えられている。
それぞれISO720及びISO695に従った耐加水分解性及び耐塩基性に対する、アルカリ分布の影響を、実施例1に従って形成されたガラスの様々な試料に関して決定した。この実施例で使用した試料は全て、総アルカリ金属量が11.69モル%であった。この総11.69モル%というアルカリ金属含有量以内において、試料を選択し、ここで、総アルカリ金属量に対するリチウムの量、総アルカリ金属量に対するナトリウムの量、及び総アルカリ金属量に対するカリウムの量は異なっていた。ガラスの耐加水分解性及び耐塩基性を、これらの試料それぞれに関して測定した。ISO720に従った耐加水分解性の結果を、図15の三角図に示し、またISO695に従った耐塩基性の結果を、図16の三角図に示す。図15及び16に示すように、総アルカリ金属量に対するリチウムの量が約66%、総アルカリ金属量に対するナトリウムの量が約17%、及び総アルカリ金属量に対するカリウムの量が約17%である試料が、水及び塩基の両方において最高の耐久性を示した。
Li2O含有ガラスを、80%のKNO3及び20%のNaNO3を含む混合溶融塩浴中でイオン交換した。図2は、ナトリウムイオン濃度と関連する応力のSCALPデータを示す。イオン交換はまた、ガラスの表面における圧縮の「スパイク」ももたらし、これは675MPaの値、及び19μmのDOLkを有していた。高圧縮の薄い層を提供できることにより、この部分の荷重支承能力が上昇し、これにより、製造ラインにおいて発生し得るランダムかつ高レベルの応力イベントに対して良好に対処できるようになる。図13は、この特定のスケジュールを用いてイオン交換した、鋭利なWC先端を用いた突き試験後の、50×50×1.1mm厚の部分の写真を示す。上記部分は2つの部分にしか破壊されておらず、これは貯蔵歪みエネルギ/面積(SSE/面積)13.9J/m2と矛盾しない。SSE/面積を調整することによって、図14に示すような、より断片化された破壊パターンを得ることもできる。この条件(23時間のイオン交換期間)に関連する応力プロファイルパラメータを、以下の表8に示す。

0.00モル%以上0.20モル%以下の清澄剤
を含むガラス組成を有する、ガラス医薬品パッケージであって、
上記ガラス医薬品パッケージは耐剥離性を有し、
上記ガラス医薬品パッケージは、酸、塩基及び水中でのクラス1又はクラス2の化学的耐久性を有する、ガラス医薬品パッケージ。
上記清澄剤は、SnO2、CeO2、As2O3、Sb2O3、Cl‐、S‐、F‐又はFe2O3からなる群から選択される、実施形態1に記載のガラス医薬品パッケージ。
上記ガラス清澄剤はSnO2である、実施形態1又は2に記載のガラス医薬品パッケージ。
上記ガラス医薬品パッケージは、B2O3、SrO、BaO、ZrO2及びこれらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを実質的に含まない、実施形態1~3のいずれか1つに記載のガラス医薬品パッケージ。
上記ガラス医薬品パッケージはB2O3、SrO、BaO及びZrO2を実質的に含まない、実施形態1~4のいずれか1つに記載のガラス医薬品パッケージ。
上記ガラス医薬品パッケージは1.50モル%以上16.00モル%以下のLi2Oを含む、実施形態1~5のいずれか1つに記載のガラス医薬品パッケージ。
上記ガラス医薬品パッケージは0.10モル%以上7.50モル%以下のMgOを含む、実施形態1~6のいずれか1つに記載のガラス医薬品パッケージ。
上記ガラス医薬品パッケージは0.05以上0.50以下の(Li+Na+K)/(Si+Al)の比を備える、実施形態1~7のいずれか1つに記載のガラス医薬品パッケージ。
上記ガラス医薬品パッケージは:
450℃以上625℃以下の歪み点;
500℃以上675℃以下の徐冷点;及び
750℃以上950℃以下の軟化点
を備える、実施形態1~8のいずれか1つに記載のガラス医薬品パッケージ。
上記ガラス医薬品パッケージは4.20ppm/℃以上7.00ppm/℃以下のCTEを備える、実施形態1~9のいずれか1つに記載のガラス医薬品パッケージ。

0.00モル%以上5.00モル%以下のK2O;
0.10モル%以上8.00モル%以下のMgO;
0.10モル%以上5.00モル%以下のCaO;
0.00モル%以上0.20モル%以下の清澄剤
を含むガラス組成を有する、ガラス医薬品パッケージであって、
前記ガラス医薬品パッケージは耐剥離性を有し、
前記ガラス医薬品パッケージは、酸、塩基及び水中でのクラス1又はクラス2の化学的耐久性を有し、
アルカリ金属全体に対するLi2Oの量が60%以上70%以下であり、
アルカリ金属全体に対するNa2Oの量が12%以上22%以下である、ガラス医薬品パッケージ。
