Claims (21)
- 器具であって、
インプラントの第1のインプラント部分に取り外し可能に連結可能である第1の器具部分と、
前記インプラントの第2のインプラント部分に取り外し可能に連結可能である第2の器具部分と
を備え、
前記第1の器具部分が前記第1のインプラント部分に連結され、前記第2の器具部分が前記第2のインプラント部分に連結され、前記器具が作動されたとき、前記第1の器具部分および前記第1のインプラント部分は、器具作動中、前記器具の中央の長手方向の第1の軸に沿って、前記第1の軸周りで回転することなく、前記第2の器具部分および前記第2のインプラント部分に対して並進する、器具。 - 前記第1の器具部分は、引張棒であって、前記第1の軸周りの前記引張棒の回転によって前記第1のインプラント部分に取り外し可能に連結可能である、引張棒を備え、
前記器具は、アクチュエータと、回転ロックとをさらに備え、
器具作動は、前記引張棒と係合して、前記引張棒を前記第1の軸に沿って前記第2の器具部分および前記第2のインプラント部分に対して並進させる、前記アクチュエータの動きを含み、
前記回転ロックが係合されたとき、前記引張棒は前記第1の軸周りで回転することはできず、前記回転ロックが係合解除されたとき、前記引張棒は前記第1の軸周りで自由に回転し、
前記器具は、前記アクチュエータが前記引張棒から係合解除され、前記回転ロックが係合解除され、前記引張棒が自由に、前記第1の軸に沿って並進し前記第1の軸周りで回転する、第1の状態を含み、
前記器具は、前記アクチュエータが前記引張棒と係合され、前記回転ロックが係合され、前記引張棒が前記第1の軸周りで回転することが防止される、第2の状態を含む請求項1に記載の器具。 - 前記回転ロックは、回転ロックリングと、スプライン挿入体とを備え、前記回転ロックリングおよび前記引張棒は、前記第1の軸周りで回転するように一緒に固定され、前記スプライン挿入体は、前記第1の軸に沿った並進および前記第1の軸周りの回転において固定され、前記スプライン挿入体は、前記回転ロックリングに取り外し可能に連結可能であり、
前記回転ロックが係合されたとき、前記スプライン挿入体は、前記回転ロックリングが前記第1の軸周りで回転できないように前記回転ロックリングに連結され、前記回転ロックが係合解除されたとき、前記スプライン挿入体は、前記回転ロックリングが前記第1の軸周りで自由に回転するように前記回転ロックリングから連結解除され、
前記アクチュエータおよび前記回転ロックは一緒に結合され、それにより、前記回転ロックが係合されたときに前記アクチュエータは前記引張棒と係合し、前記回転ロックが係合解除されたときに前記アクチュエータは前記引張棒から係合解除する請求項2に記載の器具。 - 前記引張棒は、ねじ部を備え、

前記インプラントの第2のインプラント部分に取り外し可能に連結可能である第2の器具部分と
を備え、
前記第1の器具部分が前記第1のインプラント部分に連結され、前記第2の器具部分が前記第2のインプラント部分に連結され、前記器具が作動されたとき、前記第1の器具部分および前記第1のインプラント部分は、前記第1のインプラント部分が前記第2のインプラント部分に近づくように、前記器具の前記中央長手方向軸に沿って、前記第2の器具部分および前記第2のインプラント部分に対して並進し、前記第1の器具部分は、前記第1の器具部分および前記第1のインプラント部分が並進している間、前記中央長手方向軸周りで回転することが防止される器具。 - 前記器具は、アクチュエータと、回転ロックとをさらに備え、
器具作動は、前記第1の器具部分と係合して、前記第1の器具部分を前記第1の軸に沿って前記第2の器具部分および前記第2のインプラント部分に対して並進させる、前記アクチュエータの動きを含み、

前記器具は、前記アクチュエータが前記第1の器具部分と係合され、前記回転ロックが係合され、前記第1の器具部分が前記第1の軸周りで回転することが防止される、第2の状態を含む請求項8に記載の器具。 - 前記回転ロックは、回転ロックリングと、スプライン挿入体とを備え、前記回転ロックリングおよび前記第1の器具部分は、前記第1の軸周りで回転するように一緒に固定され、前記スプライン挿入体は、前記第1の軸に沿った並進および前記第1の軸周りの回転において固定され、前記スプライン挿入体は、前記回転ロックリングに取り外し可能に連結可能であり、
前記回転ロックが係合されたとき、前記スプライン挿入体は、前記回転ロックリングが前記第1の軸周りで回転できないように前記回転ロックリングに連結され、前記回転ロックが係合解除されたとき、前記スプライン挿入体は、前記回転ロックリングが前記第1の軸周りで自由に回転するように前記回転ロックリングから連結解除され、
前記アクチュエータおよび前記回転ロックは、一緒に結合され、それにより、前記回転ロックが係合されたときに前記アクチュエータは前記第1の器具部分と係合し、前記回転ロックが係合解除されたときに前記アクチュエータは前記第1の器具部分から係合解除する請求項9に記載の器具。 - 前記第1の器具部分は、ねじ部を備え、

前記器具は、前記引張棒が器具作動中、前記中央長手方向軸周りで回転しないように、前記引張棒を前記中央長手方向軸に沿って前記第2の器具部分に向かって並進させるように作動可能である器具。 - 前記器具は、アクチュエータと、回転ロックとをさらに備え、
器具作動は、前記引張棒と係合して、前記引張棒を前記第1の軸に沿って前記第2の器具部分および前記第2のインプラント部分に対して並進させる、前記アクチュエータの動きを含み、
前記回転ロックが係合されたとき、前記引張棒は前記第1の軸周りで回転することはできず、前記回転ロックが係合解除されたとき、前記引張棒は前記第1の軸周りで自由に回転し、
