Claims (8)
- 材料の切断されることになる領域をレーザビームで有効温度範囲に加熱すること、並びに酸素気流を前記加熱された領域へ導入し、ひいては前記材料を切断することを含む、組み合わされたレーザ及び酸素切断の方法であって、前記レーザビームが周期的経路で方向付けられる方法。
- 前記有効温度が900℃を超える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記有効温度が1000℃を超える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビームが、前記材料の前記切断されることになる領域において0.5MW/cm2を超える平均パワー密度を生じる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビームが、掃引領域を生じさせる周期的曲線経路に沿って進み、前記レーザビームが、前記掃引領域において平均パワー密度の各MW/cm2当たり0.5kHzを超える周波数で振動する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビームが、200mmを超える焦点距離を有する集束レンズで前記切断されることになる材料に集束させられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビームが、300mmを超える焦点距離を有する集束レンズで前記切断されることになる材料に収束させられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記材料の前記切断されることになる領域における前記平均パワー密度が、キーホール型レーザ加工のための閾値を超える、請求項1に記載の方法。
