Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態にかかるX線検査装置1の概略構成を説明するための図である。
図2(A)は、図1に示すテーブル保持部材11の平面図であり、図2(B)は、図2(A)のE部の拡大図である。図3は、図1のF部の構成を説明するための拡大図である。
X線検査装置1では、回転機構7によって回転する基板2の回転軌跡を真円に近づけるため、回転機構7の組立時に、調整用ネジ17を外輪15の外周面に接触させて外輪15の形状を調整した状態で外輪15をテーブル保持部材11に固定する。具体的には、まず、円筒スコヤが載置される載置台を第2テーブル部材20の上面に固定して、載置台に円筒スコヤを載置する。その状態でテーブル10を回転させながら、円筒スコヤの外周面の変位をダイヤルゲージ等で検出するとともに、円筒スコヤの外周面の変位の検出結果に基づいて、テーブル10の回転中心と円筒スコヤの軸心とがほぼ一致するように、載置台に載置される円筒スコヤの位置を調整する。このときには、調整用ネジ17は、外輪15の外周面に接触していない。また、緩み防止用ネジ18は、取り外されている。
以上説明したように、本形態では、12本の調整用ネジ17が、軸受12の周方向に配列されており、外輪15の外周側から外輪15の外周面に接触可能になっている。また、本形態では、外輪15の外周面とネジ保持部11cの内周面との間に、外輪15を変形させるための隙間Sが形成されている。そのため、本形態では、上述のように、回転機構7によって回転する基板2の回転軌跡が真円に近づくように、調整用ネジ17を用いて外輪15の形状を調整した状態で、テーブル保持部材11に外輪15を固定することが可能になる。したがって、本形態では、回転機構7によって回転する基板2の回転軌跡を真円に近づけることが可能になる。
図4は、本発明の他の実施の形態にかかるテーブル保持部材11および軸受12の構成を説明するための図である。なお、図4では、上述した形態と同様の構成には同一の符号を付している。
上述した形態において、緩み防止用ネジ18は、調整用ネジ17の軸方向に直交する方向から調整用ネジ17の外周面に接触することで、調整用ネジ17の緩みを防止しても良い。この場合には、ネジ穴11dに加えて、緩み防止用ネジ18が係合するネジ穴がネジ保持部11cに形成されている。また、この場合には、調整用ネジ17は、頭部を有する頭付のネジであっても良い。また、回転機構7は、緩み防止用ネジ18を備えていなくても良い。この場合には、たとえば、外輪15の形状を調整した後にネジ穴11dに注入される接着剤によって調整用ネジ17の緩みが防止されても良い。

- X線発生器と、前記X線発生器との間で被検査体を挟むように配置されるX線検出器とを有するX線検査装置で使用されるX線検査装置用の回転機構であって、
テーブルと、前記テーブルを回転可能に保持するテーブル保持部材と、前記テーブルおよび前記テーブル保持部材のいずれか一方に固定される円環状の内輪と前記テーブルおよび前記テーブル保持部材のいずれか他方に固定される円環状の外輪とを有する転がり軸受と、前記外輪を変形させて前記外輪の形状を調整するための3個以上の複数の調整部材とを備え、
複数の前記調整部材は、前記転がり軸受の周方向に配列され、
前記外輪が固定される前記テーブルまたは前記テーブル保持部材は、前記調整部材を移動可能に保持するとともに前記外輪の外周側に配置される調整部材保持部を備え、
