Abstract
Description
まず、本実施形態の要点について説明する。図1に示す燃圧制御システム91は、エンジン90のインジェクタ35に燃料を供給する燃料供給系90fの燃圧Pを制御するシステムであって、昇圧ポンプ29と減圧機構37と制御装置50とを有する。
次に第2実施形態について説明する。以下の実施形態においては、その以前の実施形態のものと同一の又は対応する部材等については、同一の符号を付する。ただし、燃料噴射システム自体については、実施形態毎に異なる符号を付する。本実施形態については、第1実施形態をベースに、これと異なる構成を中心に説明する。
以上の実施形態は、例えば次のように変更して実施することもできる。例えば、図1等に示すように、各実施形態では、リターン配管39の基端(戻し元側の端)は、蓄圧室33に接続されているが、これに代えて、リターン配管39の基端を第3配管32に接続すると共に、そのリターン配管39における第3配管32との接続部分等に減圧弁38を設けてもよい。
Claims (8)
- エンジン(90)のインジェクタ(35)に燃料を供給する燃料供給系(90f)の燃圧を制御する燃圧制御システム(91,92)であって、
前記燃料供給系の一部としての高圧系(30)に燃料を吐出することにより、前記高圧系の燃圧(P)を上昇させる昇圧ポンプ(29)と、前記高圧系を減圧させる減圧機構(37)と、前記昇圧ポンプ及び前記減圧機構を制御する制御装置(50)と、を有し、
前記昇圧ポンプの吐出流量が正常時よりも大きくなる異常としての吐出異常(A)が発生して前記高圧系の燃圧上昇が始まると、前記減圧機構により所定の異常対処(Ac)が実行されることにより前記高圧系の燃圧上昇が止まるように構成されている、燃圧制御システム(91,92)において、
前記制御装置は、仮に前記吐出異常が発生すると、前記異常対処により前記燃圧上昇が止まるまでに、前記高圧系の燃圧が当該高圧系の耐圧以下の所定の閾圧(Px)を超えるおそれがある状態としての要警戒状態(Wq)であるか否かの状態判定を行う状態判定部(61)を有し、
前記制御装置は、前記要警戒状態であると判定したことを条件に、たとえ前記吐出異常が発生しても、前記異常対処により前記燃圧上昇が止まるまでに前記高圧系の燃圧が前記閾圧を超えることのない状態としての警戒状態(W)にする警戒制御(Wc)を開始する、燃圧制御システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記警戒制御として、前記減圧機構により減圧を行うと共に、当該警戒制御を行わない場合に比べて前記昇圧ポンプの吐出流量(Q)を増加させ、それにより、前記減圧による前記高圧系の燃圧減少及び前記吐出流量の増加による前記高圧系の燃圧増加のうちの一方の少なくとも一部を他方により相殺しつつ、前記吐出流量の増加により、当該警戒制御を行わない場合に比べて、当該吐出流量と、前記昇圧ポンプにより最大限吐出可能な流量としての最大吐出流量(Qx)との差である増加可能流量(ΔQ)を減少させることにより、前記警戒状態にする、請求項1に記載の燃圧制御システム。
- 前記制御装置は、目標燃圧(Pt)を算出する目標燃圧算出部(62)を有し、算出した前記目標燃圧に前記高圧系の燃圧を近づけるように制御するものであり、
前記制御装置は、前記警戒制御として、当該警戒制御を行わない場合と同じ前記目標燃圧を維持しつつ、前記減圧機構により減圧を行うことにより、当該警戒制御を行わない場合に比べて前記昇圧ポンプの吐出流量を増加させて、前記警戒状態にする、請求項2に記載の燃圧制御システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記警戒制御として、当該警戒制御を行わない場合に比べて、前記高圧系の燃圧を下げることにより、前記高圧系の燃圧と前記閾圧との差である燃圧マージン(ΔP)を増加させ、それにより前記警戒状態にする、請求項1に記載の燃圧制御システム。
- 前記制御装置は、目標燃圧(Pt)を算出する目標燃圧算出部(62)を有し、算出した前記目標燃圧に前記高圧系の燃圧を近づけるように制御するものであり、
前記制御装置は、警戒制御として、当該警戒制御を行わない場合に比べて前記目標燃圧を低く設定することにより、当該警戒制御を行わない場合に比べて前記高圧系の燃圧を下げて、前記警戒状態にする、請求項4に記載の燃圧制御システム。 - 前記昇圧ポンプは、前記エンジンにより駆動されるものであり、
前記状態判定部は、少なくとも前記エンジンの回転速度に基づいて前記状態判定を行い、前記状態判定では、前記回転速度が所定速度の場合に比べて、前記回転速度が当該所定速度よりも速い場合に、前記要警戒状態であると判定し易くなる、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の燃圧制御システム。 - 前記状態判定部は、少なくとも、前記昇圧ポンプの一燃焼サイクルあたりの吐出量としての又は前記インジェクタの一燃焼サイクルあたりの燃料噴射量としての吐出関係量に基づいて前記状態判定を行い、前記状態判定では、前記吐出関係量が所定量の場合に比べて前記吐出関係量が当該所定量よりも少ない場合に、前記要警戒状態であると判定し易くなる、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の燃圧制御システム。
- 前記状態判定部は、少なくとも所定部の温度に基づいて前記状態判定を行い、前記状態判定では、前記所定部の温度が所定温度の場合に比べて、前記所定部の温度が当該所定温度よりも低い場合に、前記要警戒状態であると判定し易くなる、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の燃圧制御システム。
