Abstract
Description
本発明の浸漬ノズルの耐食性評価方法に用いる試料、及び従来の耐火物の耐食性の評価方法に用いる試料をそれぞれ用意した。図4に試料を示す。(a)が本発明の実機に用いる浸漬ノズルを分割した試料、(b)及び(c)が従来の方法の浸漬ノズルに用いる耐火物をブロック加工した試料である。加工回数、準備時間は表1に示すようになった。
図4の(a)に示す本発明の試料、図4(b)に示す従来方法の試料を用いて、ドラム内に侵食材(溶鋼及びモールドパウダー)を投入し、ドラムを回転させる浸漬ノズルの溶損性評価を行った。試験条件を表2に示す。

Claims (3)
- ドラム内に試料を内張りし、侵食材を投入し、上記ドラムを回転させる浸漬ノズルの溶損性評価方法であって、
上記試料として上記浸漬ノズルを複数に分割した試料を3個以上用い、
上記侵食材として溶鋼とモールドパウダーの混合物を用い、
所定時間で上記侵食材の上記ドラムへの投入と排滓とを繰り返し、
上記浸漬ノズルの損耗面積を測定し、耐食性を評価する
ことを特徴とする浸漬ノズルの耐食性評価方法。 - 成分の異なる複数種類のモールドパウダーに対して請求項1に記載の浸漬ノズルの耐食性評価方法に基づき評価を行い、損耗速度及び/又は損耗量を相対比較し、モールドパウダーの成分毎の溶損性の評価を行うことを特徴とする浸漬ノズルの耐食性評価方法。
- 請求項2に記載の浸漬ノズルの耐食性評価方法により得られた損耗速度及び/又は損耗量と、モールドパウダーの成分から計算可能なパウダー塩基度Biとの相関を用いて、モールドパウダーの成分から実機使用時の損耗速度及び/又は損耗量を推測することを特徴とする浸漬ノズルの耐食性評価方法。
