Claims (4)
- 連鎖部と、この連鎖部から所定の方向に突出している第1のタブ部と、この第1のタブ部とは異なる方向に前記連鎖部から突出している第2のタブ部と具備する連鎖端子と、
前記第1のタブ部と前記第2のタブ部が突出するようにして、前記連鎖端子が設置されているハウジングと、
前記ハウジングから突出している前記第2のタブ部に接続されている基板と、
を有する基板内蔵コネクタ。 - 前記連鎖端子は、前記連鎖部が前記ハウジングに係合することで、前記ハウジングに設置されている請求項1に記載の基板内蔵コネクタ。
- 前記連鎖端子の連鎖部は、所定の一方向に長くなっており、
前記連鎖端子の第1のタブ部は、1もしくは複数設けられているとともに、前記連鎖部の長手方向とは直交する所定の他の一方向で前記連鎖部の一方の側である第1の側に突出しており、
前記連鎖端子の第2のタブ部は、1もしくは複数設けられているとともに、前記所定の他の一方向で前記連鎖部の他方の側である第2の側に突出しており、
前記所定の他の一方向で見ると、少なくとも一部の第1のタブ部の位置と、少なくとも一部の第2のタブ部の位置とが、お互いに異なっている請求項1または請求項2に記載の基板内蔵コネクタ。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の基板内蔵コネクタの連鎖端子の製造方法であって、
所定の厚さと所定の幅とを備えた細長い平板状の素材を、この厚さ方向でくり抜いて、前記連鎖部を形成することになる細長い1つの連鎖部形成部と、この連鎖部形成部から突出している複数の前記第1のタブ部と、前記連鎖部形成部から突出している複数の前記第2のタブ部とを備えた中途成形品を成形する中途成形品成形工程と、
前記中途成形品成形工程で形成された中途成形品の、少なくとも前記連鎖部形成部の一部を切断するかもしくは切り欠くことで、前記連鎖端子を成形する連鎖端子成形工程と、
を有する基板内蔵コネクタの連鎖端子の製造方法。
