Claims (8)
- エアコンプレッサであって、
バッテリパックからの電力によって駆動する電動モータと、
電動モータへの電力をオン・オフするための操作部と、
前記電動モータによって駆動して圧縮エアを生成する圧縮部と、
前記圧縮エアを貯留するタンクと、
前記バッテリパックの取り付け面が取り付けられるバッテリ取り付け部と、
前記バッテリ取り付け部に取り付けられた前記バッテリパックの6面のうち少なくとも3面が開放された状態で、前記バッテリパックと前記圧縮部を保護領域内に位置させるガード部を有するエアコンプレッサ。 - 請求項1記載のエアコンプレッサであって、
前記圧縮部を覆う圧縮部カバーを有し、前記圧縮部カバーの上面に、前記バッテリ取り付け部が配置されたエアコンプレッサ。 - 請求項1又は2記載のエアコンプレッサであって、
前記タンクの長手方向が左右方向となるように配置され、前記電動モータのモータ軸が左右方向となるように配置され、前記電動モータと前記タンクが前記エアコンプレッサの下方領域において、前後方向に並ぶように配置されたエアコンプレッサ。 - 請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載のエアコンプレッサであって、
前記圧縮部は上下に往復動するピストンを内装したシリンダを備え、前記シリンダの側方かつ前記電動モータの上方に前記バッテリ取り付け部が配置されたエアコンプレッサ。 - 請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載のエアコンプレッサであって、
前記バッテリパックの少なくとも一部が前記タンクの上方に位置するように前記バッテリ取り付け部が配置されたエアコンプレッサ。 - 請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載のエアコンプレッサであって、
前記タンクの長手方向が左右方向となるように前記タンクが前記エアコンプレッサの前領域に配置され、
前記ガード部は、前記タンクの前部分から上方に延出する前フレームと、前記前フレームの上部から後方に延出する上フレームと、前記上フレームの後部から下方に延出する後フレームと、前記後フレームの下部から前方へ延出し、かつ前記タンクの下面に結合される下フレームを有するエアコンプレッサ。 - 請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載のエアコンプレッサであって、
前記ガード部は、前記エアコンプレッサの右領域に位置する右フレームと、前記エアコンプレッサの左領域に位置する左フレームと、左右方向に延出して前記右フレームと前記左フレームを結合する結合フレームと、前記結合フレームに設けられたハンドル部を有するエアコンプレッサ。 - 請求項1~7の何れか1項に記載のエアコンプレッサであって、
前記圧縮部を覆う圧縮部カバーと、
前記圧縮部に設けられたエア濾過用のフィルタと、
前記フィルタを交換するために前記圧縮部に設けられ、かつ前記圧縮部カバーから突出する蓋部を有するエアコンプレッサ。
