Claims (4)
- 洗浄槽内の洗浄液に超音波を照射して被洗浄物を洗浄する超音波洗浄装置であって、
超音波を照射する単周波用の超音波振動子と、
前記超音波振動子を駆動するための高周波信号を発生させる電源回路と、
発振信号を出力して前記電源回路を駆動制御するとともに高周波信号を周波数変調する制御を行う制御手段と
を備え、
前記制御手段は、反共振点の周波数を基準とする最大で±3kHzの範囲を周波数変調時の変調幅とするとともに、前記変調幅の範囲に属しかつ互いに0.5kHz以上の差がある3つ以上の周波数を設定周波数として定義し、洗浄時に前記設定周波数を瞬時に切り換えることで高周波信号の周波数を段階的に変更する制御を行う
ことを特徴とする超音波洗浄装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記設定周波数を瞬時に切り換える際の変化量を1kHz以上かつ一定の値に設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波洗浄装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記設定周波数を瞬時に切り換える際の変化量を1kHz以上の複数の値に設定しかつそれらの値からランダムに選択することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波洗浄装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記電源回路の一次側電流を監視するとともに、前記一次側電流の電流値が所定値よりも大きいと判定した場合に、前記発振信号のデューティ比を下げて周波数切り換え時の電力を抑える制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の超音波洗浄装置。
