実施例1-はんだ付け用フラックスの製造
フッ化水素20重量%を含有するフッ化水素酸の形態のフッ化水素614kgと水酸化アルミニウム(99%純度)550kgとを反応させて、図1に従う電気化学測定チェーンを取付けた撹拌反応器内でフルオロアルミン酸を形成する。反応器中の80℃の温度およびKCl水溶液からなる参照電解質11中の50℃の温度において、得られた反応混合物は、550kgのKOHの溶解によって得られたKOH15重量%を含有する水酸化カリウム溶液と混合される。アルミニウムの錯フッ化物の沈殿カリウム塩の懸濁液が形成される。水酸化カリウム溶液を添加する間に電気化学測定チェーンを使用してpH値を連続的にモニタし、4.0のpH値に達した時に水酸化カリウム溶液の添加を止める。形成された生成物を濾過し、濾過湿潤残留物を570℃のフロー乾燥機内で乾燥させる。記載された方法は、懸濁液の有利な濾過性ならびに得られた生成物のより高い収量および純度をもたらす。この方法はさらに、生産不足にも生産過剰にもならずに非常な正確さでフッ化水素酸および水酸化カリウム溶液の添加を止めることができるので、フッ化水素酸および水酸化カリウム溶液の節減をもたらす。
フッ化水素50重量%を含有するフッ化水素酸の形態のフッ化水素614kgと水酸化アルミニウム(99%純度)550kgとを反応させて、撹拌反応器内でフルオロアルミン酸を形成する。撹拌反応器は図1に従う電気化学測定チェーンを備えているバイパスを取付けられており、それを通してポンプによって反応混合物が撹拌反応器から取り出され、図1に従う前記電気化学測定チェーンによって測定した後に撹拌反応器に戻される。バイパス中および撹拌反応器中の80℃の温度においてならびにKCl水溶液からなる参照電解質11中の50℃の温度において、得られた反応混合物は、550kgのKOHの溶解によって得られたKOH15重量%を含有する水酸化カリウム溶液と混合される。アルミニウムの錯フッ化物の沈殿カリウム塩の懸濁液が形成される。水酸化カリウム溶液を添加する間に電気化学測定チェーンを使用してpH値を連続的にモニタし、4.5のpH値に達した時に水酸化カリウム溶液の添加を止める。形成された生成物を濾過し、濾過湿潤残留物を570℃のフロー乾燥機内で乾燥させる。記載された方法は、懸濁液の有利な濾過性ならびに得られた生成物のより高い収量および純度をもたらす。この方法はさらに、生産不足にも生産過剰にもならずに非常な正確さでフッ化水素酸および水酸化カリウム溶液の添加を止めることができるので、フッ化水素酸および水酸化カリウム溶液の節減をもたらす。バイパスの使用はさらに、図1に従う電気化学測定チェーンの構造を著しくより小さくする。
Claims (15)
- 沈殿反応によってフッ素含有化合物を製造するための方法であって、フッ素含有化合物が反応媒体から沈殿されることおよび沈殿反応の過程で反応媒体のpH値が、電気化学測定チェーンを使用して求められることを特徴とする、方法。
- フッ素含有化合物が、少なくとも1つのアルカリ金属フッ化物、アルカリ金属フッ化水素塩、アルカリ土類金属フッ化物、アルカリ土類金属フッ化水素塩、遷移金属フッ化物、第三族の元素のフッ化物、フッ化アンモニウム、アルカリ金属フルオロアルミン酸塩、アルカリ土類金属フルオロアルミン酸塩、それらの水和物、それらのHF付加物およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- フッ素含有化合物が、KAlF4、K2AlF5、K3AlF6、CsAlF4、Cs2AlF5、Cs3AlF6、LiAlF4、Li2AlF5、Li3AlF6、NaAlF4、Na2AlF5、Na3AlF6、KBF4、BaF2、KHF2、NH4F、NH4F2、それらの水和物、それらのHF付加物およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、好ましくはKAlF4、K2AlF5、K3AlF6、それらの水和物ならびにKAlF4、K2AlF5、K3AlF6および/またはそれらの水和物を含有する混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 反応媒体が沈殿反応の開始時にフッ化物イオンを含有し、水酸化物イオンが沈殿反応の間に反応媒体に加えられる、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 反応媒体が沈殿反応の開始時に水酸化物イオンを含有し、フッ化物イオンが沈殿反応の間に反応媒体に加えられる、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- フッ化物含有化合物が、KAlF4、K2AlF5、K3AlF6、それらの水和物ならびにKAlF4、K2AlF5、K3AlF6および/またはそれらの水和物を含有する混合物からなる群から選択され、反応媒体が沈殿反応の開始時にフルオロアルミン酸を含有し、および沈殿反応が反応媒体への水酸化カリウム水溶液の添加によって引き起こされる、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 電気化学測定チェーンによって求められる反応媒体のpH値が2.5~7、好ましくは3.0~5.0、より好ましくは3.5~4.5の値を達成するとすぐに反応相手の添加が止められる、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 沈殿反応の過程での反応相手の添加が、電気化学測定チェーンを使用して求められるpH値によって制御される、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造されるフッ素含有化合物。
- 指示電極として水素ガス拡散電極7と少なくとも1つの参照電極とを備える電気化学測定チェーンにおいて、電極が、出口14を有する筐体1と共に構成単位を形成し、筐体1が参照電極と接触している参照電解質11と参照電解質11の上の密封ガス空間19とを含む、電気化学測定チェーン。
- 少なくとも1つの参照電極が、水素ガス拡散電極8またはAg/AgCl電極17、好ましくは水素ガス拡散電極8を含む、請求項10に記載の電気化学測定チェーン。
- 筐体1が、参照電解質11と接触している温度センサー15と測定媒体9と接触している温度センサー15とを含む、請求項10または11に記載の電気化学測定チェーン。
- 水素ガス拡散参照電極8とAg/AgCl参照電極8とを含む、請求項10~12の何れか一項に記載の電気化学測定チェーン。
- 参照電解質の温度が熱伝達体によって制御されてもよい、請求項10~13の何れか一項に記載の電気化学測定チェーン。
- 請求項10~14の何れか一項に記載の電気化学測定チェーンを備える測定器。
