- 冷暖房マルチ空気調和機であって、
室内熱交換器を備える少なくとも1つの冷暖房兼用室内機;
圧縮機、複数の室外熱交換器及び前記圧縮機の吐出側に配置されて冷媒の流れを切り換える切換ユニットを備える冷暖房兼用室外機;及び
前記冷暖房兼用室外機と少なくとも1つの前記冷暖房兼用室内機との間に配置されて、前記冷媒を分配する分配器;を備えてなり、
前記冷暖房兼用室外機の前記複数の室外熱交換器は、
前記切換ユニットと一端が連結され、前記分配器と他端が連結される第1熱交換器と、
前記第1熱交換器の下側に配置され、一端が前記第1熱交換器の他端と連結/遮断できるように形成され、他端が前記分配器と連結されている第2熱交換器と、
前記第2熱交換器の下側に配置され、一端が前記圧縮機の吐出側に連結され、他端が前記室内機に連結される第3熱交換器と、を備える、冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。 - 前記冷暖房兼用室外機は、
前記第1熱交換器の他端と前記第2熱交換器の一端を直列連結する第1連結配管と、
前記第1連結配管上に配置され、前記第1熱交換器と前記第2熱交換器の機械的連結をオン/オフさせる第1連結弁と、を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。 - 前記冷暖房兼用室外機は、
前記第1熱交換器、第2熱交換器及び第3熱交換器の他端にそれぞれ第1膨張弁、第2膨張弁及び第3膨張弁が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。 - 前記第1熱交換器の流路は、前記第2熱交換器の流路より長いことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 前記第3熱交換器の流路は、前記第2熱交換器の流路より短いことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 前記第1熱交換器の流路は、前記複数の室外熱交換器全体の流路に対して65%ないし75%を充足することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 前記冷暖房マルチ空気調和機は、
使用者の運転選択情報に現在の状態情報を組み合わせて細部的な運転モードを選択して運転することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。 - 前記冷暖房マルチ空気調和機は、
前記現在状態情報は、室内温度及び湿度情報、室外温度及び湿度情報並びに前記室内機の負荷情報を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。 - 前記使用者の運転選択情報が冷房運転である場合、前記現在状態情報のうち室外温度及び前記室内機の負荷に応じて前記複数の室外熱交換器の容量を可変するように運転することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 前記室外温度が低く前記室内機負荷が小さいほど前記複数の室外熱交換器の容量が減少するように前記第1ないし第3熱交換器の連結/遮断を制御することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 前記室内機負荷が最下である場合、前記第3熱交換器のみを駆動して冷房サイクルを実現することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 前記使用者の運転選択情報が暖房運転である場合、前記現在状態情報のうち、室外温度、室外湿度及び前記室内機の負荷に応じて前記複数の室外熱交換器の第3熱交換器への冷媒をバイパスするか又は遮断することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 前記冷暖房兼用室外機は、
前記圧縮機の吐出側の圧力を周期的に読み取る圧力センサと、
前記第3熱交換器の他端側に配置されて配管の温度を周期的に読み取る温度センサと、を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。 - 前記使用者の運転選択情報が暖房運転であるとき、前記室外温度が第1温度以上で、前記室内機負荷がm個以下である場合、前記圧縮機の吐出側に吐出される前記冷媒の現在圧力値に応じて前記第2膨張弁及び前記第3膨張弁を制御して前記現在圧力を下げる暖房過負荷モードで運転することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 周期的に感知される前記圧力センサの前記現在の圧力が臨界範囲内を充足すると、前記第3膨張弁を閉じて暖房一般モードに切り換えることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 前記使用者の運転選択情報が暖房運転であるとき、前記室外温度が第2温度以下で、前記室外湿度が第1範囲以上で、前記室内機負荷がn個以上である場合、前記第3膨張弁を制御して前記圧縮機の吐出側に吐出される前記冷媒を前記第3熱交換器に流して着霜を除去する着霜防止モードで運転することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 前記着霜防止モードにおいて、前記第3熱交換器の前記温度センサから前記配管温度を周期的に読み取って前記配管温度が臨界範囲を充足すると、前記第3膨張弁を閉じて暖房一般モードに切り換えることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 前記冷暖房兼用室外機は、
前記第3熱交換器の一端と前記第1熱交換器の他端を連結する第1サブ配管と、
前記第3熱交換器の一端と前記第2熱交換器の他端を連結する第2サブ配管と、
前記第1サブ配管上に配置されて前記第1サブ配管への冷媒の流れを遮断/連結する第1サブバルブと、
前記第2サブ配管上に配置されて前記第2サブ配管への冷媒の流れを遮断/連結する第2サブバルブと、を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。 - 前記冷暖房マルチ空気調和機は、
除霜運転時に、
前記第1熱交換器において前記冷媒の蒸発を行いながら、前記第2熱交換器及び第3熱交換器に前記圧縮機から吐出される前記冷媒を流して前記第2熱交換器の除霜を行う下部除霜モードと、前記第2熱交換器において前記冷媒の蒸発を行いながら、前記第1熱交換器及び第3熱交換器に前記圧縮機から吐出される前記冷媒を流して前記第1熱交換器の除霜を行う上部除霜モードとを交互に行って連続暖房除霜モードで運転することを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。 - 前記冷暖房マルチ空気調和機は、前記連続暖房除霜モードで前記第3膨張弁を完全にオープンすることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
