Claims (9)
- 複数の接合部材を含む接合部材群の接合処理を行う接合方法であって、
接合装置が備えるホーン部が、前記接合部材群に対して音波振動及び/又は超音波振動を与えて前記接合部材群の接合処理を行う接合ステップを含み、
前記接合ステップにおいて、前記ホーン部は、前記ホーン部よりも柔らかい緩衝部材を介して前記接合部材群に対して音波振動及び/又は超音波振動を与える、接合方法。 - 前記接合ステップにおいて、前記緩衝部材は溶解温度よりも高くなる、請求項1記載の接合方法。
- 前記接合ステップにおいて、前記接合部材の一つは、前記緩衝部材及び他の前記接合部材よりも温度が高くなる、請求項1又は2に記載の接合方法。
- 前記緩衝部材及び前記接合部材の少なくとも一つは、他の部材との接触面に突起部を備える、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の接合方法。
- 前記緩衝部材及び前記接合部材の少なくとも一つは、他の部材との接触面に凹溝が形成される、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の接合方法。
- 前記緩衝部材及び前記接合部材は、平板状である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の接合方法。
- 前記接合部材群に含まれる複数の接合部材は、隣接する2枚の非金属部材と、少なくとも前記非金属部材と前記ホーンとの間に金属部材を含み、
前記接合ステップにおいて、少なくとも隣接する2枚の前記非金属部材が接合する、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の接合方法。 - 前記接合処理部において、前記ホーン部は、複数の支持位置で支持され、
前記ホーン部が前記緩衝部材に接触する接触部は、前記複数の支持位置の間にある、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の接合方法。 - 複数の接合部材を含む接合部材群の接合処理を行う接合装置であって、
前記接合部材群に対して音波振動及び/又は超音波振動を与えるホーン部を備え、
前記ホーン部は、前記ホーン部よりも柔らかい緩衝部材を介して前記接合部材群に対して音波振動及び/又は超音波振動を与える、接合装置。
