    遠位面(142)、側面(144)から内側に延びる少なくとも1つの開口部(180)を有する側面(144)、および前記細長い本体(110)の遠位端部(152)と係合する近位端部(154)を有する器具(140)であって、前記器具(140)の遠位端部は、前記閉塞の一部に作用するように構成されている、器具(140)と、
    前記細長い本体(110)の前記近位端部(132)に配置されたハンドル(130)と、

    請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の開通デバイス(100)と、
    前記開通デバイス(100)が血管系に曝されることなく病変に送達され得るように、前記開通デバイス(100)をスライド可能に受容し、前記開通デバイス(100)の周方向に配置されるように構成されたシース(54)と、
    を備える、システム(50)。
  16. 血管または筒状体腔内にある閉塞を横切るためのシステム(50)であって、
    請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の開通デバイス(100)と、
    自由な遠位端部および近位端部を有し、閉塞に対して前進するように構成されたガイドワイヤ(62)であって、前記ガイドワイヤ(62)は、管腔(114)の内径(112)よりも小さい外径を有する、ガイドワイヤ(62)と、
    を備える、システム(50)。
  17. 前記細長い本体(110)の内面(116)には、ガイドワイヤー(62)上における前記細長い本体(110)の滑りを容易にする裏地(120)または他の潤滑構造、コーティングまたは表面改質が設けられている、請求項16に記載のシステム(50)。
