Claims (7)
- 所定圧力のときに開裂する弁と、当該弁に連なる周囲の板部とが一体に成形された金属板からなる電池蓋において、
前記弁が、圧力の作用によって折り溝から屈曲させられる受圧板部と、前記周囲の板部の厚さよりも薄く当該受圧板部と当該周囲の板部とを繋ぐ薄板部とからなり、
前記薄板部が、厚さ方向に溝深さをもって前記折り溝の延長上の部位を通るように刻印された破裂溝を有し、
前記弁に作用する圧力によって前記受圧板部が前記折り溝から屈曲させられる変形に伴って当該弁の中で前記延長上の部位が他の部位よりも強く引っ張られることにより、前記所定圧力のときに前記弁が前記破裂溝の前記延長上の部位を起点として開裂させられることを特徴とする電池蓋。 - 前記折り溝の延長上の部位が前記受圧板部の周囲の二か所だけにあり、前記受圧板部及び前記薄板部が、前記折り溝の溝幅の中央を通りかつ厚さ方向に沿う対称面に関して面対称状に成形されている請求項1に記載の電池蓋。
- 前記受圧板部の外周が全周に亘って前記薄板部から一方側又は両側に突出している請求項1又は2に記載の電池蓋。
- 前記薄板部の前記破裂溝と反対側の板面が、厚さ方向に対して直角な方向に延びる平坦面状に成形されている請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電池蓋。
- 前記弁が、前記周囲の板部の外側板面から内側に凹んでいる請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電池蓋。
- 前記受圧板部が、前記折り溝と反対側の部位で厚さ方向に深さをもった凹部を有する請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電池蓋。
- 前記金属板の板厚が2.0mm以上5.0mm以下である請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の電池蓋。
