全ての前記電池の前記残りの放電可能容量が前記所定値に達した後、全ての前記電池を前記接続状態に切り替え、その後、放電終止状態に達したと判定した前記電池から順に前記非接続状態に切り替える第2制御部と、を備えた、
電池制御ユニットであること。

前記接続状態の前記電池の各電池状態に応じて定められた放電電流制限値のうち最も小さい最小放電電流制限値を超えないように、前記接続状態の前記電池に流れる放電電流を制限する放電電流制限部を備え、
前記所定値は、前記放電電流制限部による前記放電電流の制限が行われる前に、前記残りの放電可能容量が前記所定値に達するような値に定められている、

前記接続状態の複数の電池各々の電池状態及び内部抵抗を推定し、推定した前記複数の電池各々の電池状態及び内部抵抗と、予め定めた下限電圧値と、に基づいて、前記複数の電池毎の放電電流制限値を求め、求めた放電電流制限値のうち最小のものを最小放電電流制限値として設定する設定部を備えた、
電池制御ユニットであること。

前記電池毎に設けられ、対応する前記電池を放電可能とする接続状態と、対応する前記電池を放電不可とする非接続状態と、に切り替える切替部と、

全ての前記電池の前記残りの放電可能容量が前記所定値に達した後、全ての前記電池を前記接続状態に切り替え、その後、放電終止状態に達したと判定した前記電池から順に前記非接続状態に切り替える第2制御部と、を備えた、

1)OCV=3.5VのときCCV=3.0V(I=1Aの時)、CCV=2.6V(I=3Aの時)
2)OCV=3.0VのときCCV=2.6V(I=1Aの時)、CCV=2.0V(I=3Aの時)
セル電圧の下限電圧値=2.6Vとすると、1)の場合、3Aを放電電流制限値に設定し、2)の場合、1Aを放電電流制限値に設定すれば、CCVが下限電圧値2.6Vを下回ることを抑制できる。

残りの放電可能容量が所定値に達した前記電池から順に前記非接続状態に切り替える第1制御部と、
全ての前記電池の前記残りの放電可能容量が前記所定値に達した後、全ての前記電池を前記接続状態に切り替え、その後、放電終止状態に達したと判定した前記電池から順に前記非接続状態に切り替える第2制御部と、を備えた、
電池制御ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の電池制御ユニットにおいて、
前記接続状態の前記電池の各電池状態に応じて定められた放電電流制限値のうち最も小さい最小放電電流制限値を超えないように、前記接続状態の前記電池に流れる放電電流を制限する放電電流制限部を備え、
