- 前記センサは、圧力センサである、請求項1に記載のバッテリポーチ。
- 前記圧力センサは、ひずみゲージである、請求項5に記載のバッテリポーチ。
- 前記圧力センサは、静電容量センサである、請求項5に記載のバッテリポーチ。
- 前記センサは、前記内層の表面上に形成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリポーチ。
- 前記センサは、前記内層の表面上に積層される、請求項1に記載のバッテリポーチ。
- 前記測温抵抗体のうちの少なくとも1つは、ヒータとして構成される、請求項4に記載のバッテリポーチ。

フォトレジスト層を前記金属層の上に付着させることと、
前記フォトレジスト層にパターンを形成することと、
1つ以上のセンサを形成するように前記金属層をエッチングすることと、を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 1つ以上のセンサを前記金属層に形成することは、レーザーアブレーションを使用して前記金属層にパターンを形成することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーフィルムが前記バッテリポーチの内層となるように、前記ポリマーフィルムを前記バッテリポーチに固定することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- バッテリポーチであって、
バッテリポーチの内層に結合されたポリマーフィルム上に製造及び配列された複数のセンサであって、完成したバッテリのバッテリセルの1つ以上の面の外面に近接するように構成された複数のセンサを備える、バッテリポーチ。 - 前記ポリマーフィルムは、熱接着性材料である、請求項17に記載のバッテリポーチ。
- 前記接着性材料は、ポリプロピレンフィルムである、請求項18に記載のバッテリポーチ。
- 前記センサは、測温抵抗体、熱電対、サーモパイル、及びサーミスタのうちの任意の1つ以上として構成される、請求項17に記載のバッテリポーチ。
- バッテリポーチであって、
1つ以上のポリマーフィルム上に製造及び配列された複数のセンサであって、バッテリポーチに配置されたバッテリセルの1つ以上の面の外面に近接するように構成されたセンサを備える、バッテリポーチ。 - 前記ポリマーフィルムは、熱接着性材料である、請求項21に記載のバッテリポーチ。
- 前記熱接着性材料は、ポリプロピレンフィルムである、請求項22に記載のバッテリポーチ。
- 前記ポリマーフィルムは、前記バッテリポーチの内層に結合される、請求項21に記載のバッテリポーチ。
- 前記複数のセンサのうちの少なくとも1つは、測温抵抗体である、請求項21に記載のバッテリポーチ。
- 前記測温抵抗体は、ヒータとして構成される、請求項25に記載のバッテリポーチ。
