上記穿孔部を覆うことができるカバー部および磁性部を準備する段階と、
上記カバー部に上記磁性部を付着して短絡誘導部材を製造する段階と、
上記短絡誘導部材を上記穿孔部上に配置する段階と、
上記正極、負極、分離膜および短絡誘導部材を含む電池セルを組み立てる段階と、
電池セルの外部から上記短絡誘導部材に磁場を印加する段階と、
上記短絡誘導部材を移動して穿孔部を露出させる段階。
磁性部および上記穿孔部を覆うことができるカバー部を準備する段階と、
上記カバー部に上記磁性部を付着して短絡誘導部材を製造する段階と、
上記短絡誘導部材を上記穿孔部上に配置する段階と、
上記正極、負極、分離膜および短絡誘導部材を含む電池セルを組み立てる段階と、

Claims (11)
- 正極、負極、前記正極と前記負極との間に配置され、少なくとも一つ以上の穿孔部が形成された分離膜、及び前記穿孔部上に配置される短絡誘導部材を含み、
前記短絡誘導部材は、前記穿孔部を覆うカバー部と、前記カバー部の側面に配置される一つまたは複数の磁性部を含む、電池セル。 - 前記短絡誘導部材は、前記正極と前記分離膜との間に配置されるか、前記負極と前記分離膜との間に配置される、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記カバー部の面積は、前記穿孔部の面積より更に大きい、請求項1又は2に記載の電池セル。
- 前記カバー部は、絶縁フィルム、多孔質高分子膜、磁性体からなる群から選択された一つまたは複数の組み合わせからなる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記カバー部は、前記分離膜と同様の素材からなる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記磁性部は、バインダーによって前記カバー部に付着されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記バインダーは、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリビニルアルコール、カルボキシメチルセルロース、澱粉、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、再生セルロース、ポリビニルピロリドン、テトラフルオロエチレン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エポキシ樹脂、エチレンプロピレンジエンターポリマー、スルホン化EPDM、スチレンブタジエンゴム、またはこれらの共重合体からなる群から選択された一つまたは複数の物質を含む、請求項6に記載の電池セル。
- 前記短絡誘導部材は、電池セルの外部から印加される磁場によって位置が移動する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記磁性部は、Fe、NiおよびCoからなる群から選択された一つまたは複数の磁性物質を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記短絡誘導部材は、前記分離膜に形成された前記穿孔部の数と同様の数量で具備される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 正極、負極、および穿孔部が形成された分離膜を準備する段階と、
磁性部および前記穿孔部を覆うことができるカバー部を準備する段階と、
前記カバー部に前記磁性部を付着して短絡誘導部材を製造する段階と、
前記短絡誘導部材を前記穿孔部上に配置する段階と、
前記正極、前記負極、前記分離膜および前記短絡誘導部材を含む電池セルを組み立てる段階と、
前記電池セルの外部から前記短絡誘導部材に磁場を印加する段階と、
前記短絡誘導部材を移動して前記穿孔部を露出させる段階と
を含む、電池の内部短絡による安全性評価方法。
