Abstract
Description
本発明の目的は、前述の問題を改善することである。
本発明の複数の実施形態を詳細に説明する前に、本発明は、その適用において、以下の説明に示されるかまたは図面に示される、構成上の詳細に限定されないことを明確にすべきである。本発明は、他の実施形態を想定でき、かつ実際には、異なる方法で実施または達成することができる。また、表現および用語は便宜的なものであり、限定的なものとして解釈されるべきでないことも理解されたい。
アルミニウム合金で作られ、従来のケミカルミリングプロセスと本発明に係るプロセスの両方によって処理された試験片間で、比較試験を実施した。
Claims (6)
- 次の工程を含む、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金の半製品の表面処理のためのプロセス。
a)100g/lから250g/lの間の濃度の水酸化ナトリウム(NaOH)と、50g/lから70g/lの間の濃度の溶存金属アルミニウムの水溶液を準備すること、
b)前記溶液に、グルコン酸塩とソルビトールを、5g/lから25g/lの間の濃度であって、ソルビトールの濃度(溶液1リットルあたりのグラム数)とグルコン酸塩の濃度(溶液1リットルあたりのグラム数)の比率は0.7から0.75の間である、アルミニウム錯化剤を加えること、
c)前記半製品を、所望の表面処理の達成に必要な時間、溶液と接触させておくこと、
d)工程(c)の間、前記溶液の温度を50℃から100℃の範囲に維持し、かつ前記溶液に溶解したアルミニウムの濃度を50g/lから70g/lの範囲に維持すること - 苛性ソーダおよびアルミニウムの濃度が、水溶液の滴定によって、工程(a)に示される範囲に維持される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 工程(c)が、前記溶液を含むタンクに半製品を浸漬することによって行われる、請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記半製品をマスキングする工程を、後者を前記溶液と接触させる前に含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記溶液と接触している半製品の寸法および/または仕上げ状態を、定期的にチェックする工程を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記溶存アルミニウムに触媒作用を及ぼし、前記溶液から後者を解離するように構成されたフィルターで前記溶液を濾過する工程を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
