- 前記第2コア(65)が、前記フィラメントストランド(40)の約8質量%〜12質量%で含まれる、請求項1に記載の付加プリント用フィラメントストランド(40)。
- 前記第2コア(65)が、前記フィラメントストランド(40)の約10質量%で含まれる、請求項11に記載の付加プリント用フィラメントストランド(40)。
- 前記熱可塑性マトリックス(60)が、前記フィラメントストランド(40)の約65質量%〜75質量%で含まれる、請求項12に記載の付加プリント用フィラメントストランド(40)。
- 前記第1コア(63)が前記フィラメントストランド(40)の約15質量%〜25質量%で含まれ、前記第2コア(65)が前記フィラメントストランド(40)の約8質量%〜12質量%で含まれ、前記熱可塑性マトリックス(60)が前記フィラメントストランド(40)の約65質量%〜75質量%で含まれる、請求項1に記載の付加プリント用フィラメントストランド(40)。

ガラス繊維(62)を含む第1コア(63)に第1熱可塑性相溶性サイジング剤(66)を適用すること;
炭素繊維(64)を含む第2コア(65)に第2熱可塑性相溶性サイジング剤(67)を適用すること;
熱可塑性マトリックス(60)を溶融状態に加熱すること;
前記第1コア(63)及び前記第2コアを前記熱可塑性マトリックス(60)と混合して、組成物(72)を形成すること;及び
前記組成物(72)を押し出してフィラメントストランド(40)を形成すること、を含み、
前記第1コア(63)が、前記フィラメントストランド(40)の約l0質量%〜50質量%で含まれ;
前記第2コア(65)が、前記フィラメントストランド(40)の約5質量%〜30質量%で含まれ;
前記熱可塑性マトリックス(60)が、前記フィラメントストランド(40)の約50質量%〜80質量%で含まれる、付加プリント用フィラメントストランド(40)を製造する方法(500)。 - 前記組成物(72)を押し出すことが、前記フィラメントストランド(40)に1つ以上の望ましい最終寸法を与えるための配合工程及び押し出し工程を含む、請求項17に記載の付加プリント用フィラメントストランド(40)を製造する方法(500)。
