Claims (67)
- ポリペプチド、N−アセチル−DL−トリプトファン(NAT)、及びL−メチオニンを含む液体製剤であって、前記NATは前記ポリペプチド内の1つ以上のトリプトファン残基の酸化を防ぐのに充分な量で提供され、前記L−メチオニンは前記ポリペプチド中の1つ以上のメチオニン残基の酸化を防ぐのに充分な量で提供される、液体製剤。
- 前記製剤中のNATの濃度が、約0.01〜約25mMである、請求項1に記載の液体製剤。
- 前記製剤中のNATの濃度が、約0.05〜約1.0mMである、請求項1又は2に記載の液体製剤。
- 前記製剤中のNATの濃度が、約0.05〜約0.3mMである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の液体製剤。
- 前記製剤中のNATの前記濃度が、約0.05mM、約0.1mM、約0.3mM、及び約1.0mMからなる群から選択される濃度である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の液体製剤。
- 前記製剤中のL−メチオニンの濃度が、約1〜約125mMである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の液体製剤。
- 前記製剤中のL−メチオニンの濃度が、約5〜約25mMである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の液体製剤。

- 前記ポリペプチド中の前記1つ以上のメチオニン残基の前記酸化が、L−メチオニンを欠く液体製剤中の前記ポリペプチドにおける1つ以上の対応するメチオニン残基の前記酸化と比較して、低減される、請求項1〜23のいずれか一項に記載の液体製剤。
- 前記ポリペプチド中の前記1つ以上のトリプトファン残基及び前記1つ以上のメチオニン残基の前記酸化が、NAT及びL−メチオニンを欠く液体製剤中の前記ポリペプチドにおける、1つ以上の対応するトリプトファン残基及び1つ以上の対応するメチオニン残基の前記酸化と比較して、低減される、請求項1〜24のいずれか一項に記載の液体製剤。
- 前記酸化が、約40%、約50%、約75%、約80%、約85%、約90%、約95%、又は約99%低減される、請求項23〜25のいずれか一項に記載の液体製剤。
- 前記製剤中の前記ポリペプチド濃度が、約1mg/mL〜約250mg/mLである、請求項1〜26のいずれか一項に記載の液体製剤。
- 前記製剤が、約4.5〜約7.0のpHを有する、請求項1〜27のいずれか一項に記載の液体製剤。
- 前記製剤が、1つ以上の賦形剤を更に含む、請求項1〜28のいずれか一項に記載の液体製剤。
- 前記1つ以上の賦形剤が、安定剤、緩衝剤、界面活性剤、及び等張化剤からなる群から選択される、請求項29に記載の液体製剤。
- 前記製剤が、対象への投与に好適な医薬製剤である、請求項1〜30のいずれか一項に記載の液体製剤。
- 前記医薬製剤が、皮下、静脈内、又は硝子体内投与に適している、請求項31に記載の液体製剤。
- 前記対象が、ヒトである、請求項31又は32に記載の液体製剤。
- 請求項1〜33のいずれか一項に記載の液体製剤を含む、製品又はキット。
- NAT及びL−メチオニンを前記製剤に添加することを含む、水性製剤中のポリペプチドの酸化を低減する方法であって、前記NATは前記ポリペプチド中の1つ以上のトリプトファン残基の酸化を防ぐのに充分な量で提供され、前記L−メチオニンは前記ポリペプチド中の1つ以上のメチオニン残基の酸化を防ぐのに充分な量で提供される、方法。

- 前記ポリペプチド中の前記1つ以上のトリプトファン残基及び前記1つ以上のメチオニン残基の前記酸化が、NAT及びL−メチオニンを欠く液体製剤中の前記ポリペプチドにおける、1つ以上の対応するトリプトファン残基及び1つ以上の対応するメチオニン残基の前記酸化と比較して、低減される、請求項35〜58のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化が、約40%、約50%、約75%、約80%、約85%、約90%、約95%、又は約99%低減される、請求項57〜59のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記製剤中の前記ポリペプチド濃度が、約1mg/mL〜約250mg/mLである、請求項35〜60のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記製剤が、約4.5〜約7.0のpHを有する、請求項35〜61のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記製剤が、1つ以上の賦形剤を更に含む、請求項35〜62のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
