本発明の根底を成す問題は、請求項1の特徴部に記載の特徴を有するピストンポンプにより解決される。
Claims (8)
- ピストンポンプ(10)、特に内燃機関の噴射システム用の高圧燃料ポンプであって、ピストン(22)と、該ピストン(22)によって画定される作業室(24)とを備え、前記ピストン(22)は、摺動面部分(26)を有し、該摺動面部分(26)を介して前記ピストン(22)は、ガイドエレメント(28)によって案内されている、ピストンポンプ(10)において、
前記ピストン(22)の前記摺動面部分(26)は、その前記作業室(24)寄りの端部(32)に向かって横断面が縮小していることを特徴とする、ピストンポンプ(10)。 - 前記摺動面部分(26)は、円弧状の外側輪郭(40)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のピストンポンプ(10)。
- 前記摺動面部分(26)は、その前記作業室(24)寄りの端部(32)に円錐状の部分(44)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のピストンポンプ(10)。
- 前記摺動面部分(26)は、前記円錐状の部分(44)の、前記作業室(24)とは反対の側に、円筒状の部分(46)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3記載のピストンポンプ(10)。
- 前記摺動面部分(26)は、全体的に円錐状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のピストンポンプ(10)。
- 前記ガイドエレメント(28)は、円筒状の内面(30)を有し、該内面(30)に、前記ピストン(22)の前記摺動面部分(26)が案内されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のピストンポンプ(10)。
- 前記ガイドエレメント(28)は、前記ピストンポンプ(10)のハウジング(12)内に配置されたブシュ(28)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のピストンポンプ(10)。
- 前記ガイドエレメント(28)は、前記ピストンポンプ(10)のハウジング(12)に形成された孔として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のピストンポンプ(10)。
