Claims (13)
- 化学レジスタセンサ用粒子であって、
Ir、Ir合金、IrOx、Ru、Ru合金、RuOx及びこれらのいずれかの組み合わせからなる群から選択される導電性材料から作製され、100nm以下の平均直径を有するナノ粒子コアと、
一方側から前記ナノ粒子コアへ結合され、揮発性の有機化合物と相互作用することができる複数の有機配位子と
を含む粒子。 - 前記ナノ粒子コアが、IrOx及びRuOxのうちの少なくとも1種を含む酸化物層で少なくとも部分的に被覆されている請求項1に記載の粒子。
- 前記有機配位子が、ドデシルアミン等のアミン、ジアゾニウム、シラン、カルボン酸、トリクロロ、メトキシ、エトキシ、トリヒドロキシド、ジクロロ、クロロ及びこれらのいずれかの組み合わせからなる群から選択される請求項2に記載の粒子。
- 前記ナノ粒子コアが結晶性構造を有する請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の粒子。
- 前記コアが非晶構造を有する請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の粒子。
- 前記コアが、第1材料が第2材料によってコーティングされている混合構造を有する請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の粒子。
- 前記第1材料がIr、Ir合金、Ru及びRu合金のうちの1種であり、前記第2材料がIrOx及びRuOxのうちの1種である請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の粒子。
- 化学レジスタセンサであって、
2つの電極と、
前記2つの電極に電気的に接続され、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の粒子から作製された構造体を含むセンサ素子と
を含む化学レジスタセンサ。 - 化学レジスタセンサ用粒子であって、
導電性酸化物から作製され、100nm以下の断面サイズを有するナノ粒子コアと、
一方側から前記ナノ粒子コアへ結合され、揮発性の有機化合物と相互作用することができる複数の有機配位子と
を含む粒子。 - 前記有機配位子が、ドデシルアミン等のアミン、ジアゾニウム、シラン、カルボン酸、トリクロロ、メトキシ、エトキシ、トリヒドロキシド、ジクロロ、クロロ及びこれらのいずれかの組み合わせからなる群から選択される請求項9に記載の粒子。
- 前記ナノ粒子コアが結晶性構造を有する請求項9又は請求項10に記載の粒子。
- 前記コアが非晶構造を有する請求項9又は請求項10に記載の粒子。
- 前記コアが、第1材料が第2材料によってコーティングされている混合構造を有する請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の粒子。
