Claims (8)
- 車両用液圧ブレーキ装置の機能性の検査方法であって、車両用ブレーキ装置は、いずれも少なくとも1つの液圧車輪ブレーキ(1)に接続されたマスタブレーキシリンダ(3)と外力式ブレーキ圧力発生器(5)とを備え、前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(3)には該マスタブレーキシリンダを前記外力式ブレーキ圧力発生器(5)及び前記少なくとも1つの車輪ブレーキ(1)から液圧的に分離可能である分離弁(6)が割当てられているものにおいて、前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(3)が動作していない状態で前記外力式ブレーキ圧力発生器(5)が起動され、前記車両用液圧ブレーキ装置内の圧力及び/又は前記外力式ブレーキ圧力発生器(5)の移動が測定され評価されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記車両用ブレーキ装置は、1つずつの外力弁(25)を介して前記外力式ブレーキ圧力発生器(5)に接続される複数のブレーキ回路(I,II)を備え、前記外力弁(25)のうち1つを相次いで開放することで各ブレーキ回路(I,II)について検査が実行されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記外力式ブレーキ圧力発生器(5)の移動中に、前記分離弁(6)を閉塞することで前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(3)が前記外力式ブレーキ圧力発生器(5)から液圧的に分離されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの車輪ブレーキ(1)に、該車輪ブレーキ(1)を前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(3)及び前記外力式ブレーキ圧力発生器(5)から液圧的に分離可能である吸込弁(26)が割当てられており、前記車両用ブレーキ装置が液溜め弁(13)を介して前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(3)に結合されたブレーキ液溜め(12)と、シミュレータ弁(9)を介して前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(3)に接続されるペダルストロークシミュレータ(11)とを備えることと、前記液溜め弁(13)及び前記シミュレータ弁(9)が閉塞されて前記外力式ブレーキ圧力発生器(5)が起動され、前記車両用ブレーキ装置内の圧力及び/又は前記外力式ブレーキ圧力発生器(5)の移動が測定され評価されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の1又は複数に記載の方法。
- 前記液溜め弁(13)又は前記シミュレータ弁(9)が開放されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記車両用ブレーキ装置は、前記外力式ブレーキ圧力発生器(5)を前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(3)及び前記少なくとも1つの液圧車輪ブレーキ(1)から液圧的に分離可能である外力弁(25)を備えており、前記外力式ブレーキ圧力発生器(5)が前記外力式ブレーキ圧力発生器(5)の方向に流路確保可能である逆止弁(23)を通してブレーキ液溜め(12)に接続されていることと、前記外力弁(25)を開放した時に前記外力式ブレーキ圧力発生器(5)によってブレーキ液が送出され、次いで前記外力弁(25)を閉塞した後に、ブレーキ液が吸込まれ、その後前記外力弁(25)が更に閉塞された時に再度送出され、前記車両用ブレーキ装置内の圧力及び/又は前記外力式ブレーキ圧力発生器(5)の移動が測定され評価されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記外力式ブレーキ圧力発生器(5)は、圧力生成用の外力による駆動装置を具備するピストンシリンダユニット(15)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の1又は複数に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、該方法によって前記車両用ブレーキ装置から生成される騒音が認識可能ではない騒音中に限り実行されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の1又は複数に記載の方法。
