Abstract
Description
トレッドデザインとトレッドコンパウンド自体の組成において互いに異なる組み合わせに基づく4種の空気入りタイヤを製造した。
(第1混合ステップ)
混合開始に先立ち、接線型ロータを有し、内容積が230〜270リットルのミキサに、表I記載の成分(加硫剤と酸化亜鉛を除く)を充填し、その充填率を66〜72%とした。ミキサを40〜100回転/分の速度で作動させ、かくして得られた混合物を140〜170℃の温度に達した時点で排出した。
このようにして得られた混合物を、40〜60回転/分の速度で作動するミキサで再処理した。そして、そのコンパウンドを130〜150℃の温度に達した時点で排出した。
先行するステップで得られた混合物に加硫剤と酸化亜鉛を添加し、充填率を63〜67%とした。
S−SBRは、溶液重合プロセスで得られたポリマー基であり、平均分子量はそれぞれ500x103〜1500x103、スチレン含有量は20〜45%である。
NRは、天然由来の1、4−シス−ポリイソプレンゴムである。
BRは、1、4−シス含有量が少なくとも40%のブタジエンゴムである。
使用したカーボンブラックは、N134タイプである。
使用したシリカは、EVONIK社から「VN3」の商品名で販売されており、その表面積は約170m2/gである。
使用した加硫促進剤は、シクロヘキシル−ベンゾチアジル−スルフェンアミド(CBS)である。
Claims (6)
- 平均トレッドスリップを0.5mm未満、トレッドポイントにおけるスリップ範囲を0.07mm〜1.17mmとするデザインのトレッドを備える駆動輪用のTBR空気入りタイヤであって、
これらのスリップパラメータは、転がり速度0.012km/h、空気入りタイヤの公称荷重に等しい垂直荷重、空気入りタイヤの公称荷重の半分に等しいNm単位でのトルク、並びに、横方向のスリップ角及びキャンバ角がゼロに等しい条件下で測定されるTBR空気入りタイヤにおいて:
前記トレッドが、40〜80重量%のスチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)を含む架橋不飽和鎖ポリマー基と、40〜80重量%のシリカ及び加硫システムを含む充填剤とを含むコンパウンドで製造されていることを特徴とするTBR空気入りタイヤ。 - 請求項1に記載のTBR空気入りタイヤであって、前記架橋不飽和鎖ポリマー基は、50〜70重量%のスチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)を含むことを特徴とする、TBR空気入りタイヤ。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のTBR空気入りタイヤであって、前記充填剤は、好適には50〜70重量%のシリカを含むことを特徴とする、TBR空気入りタイヤ。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のTBR空気入りタイヤであって、前記ポリマー基は、天然ゴムを含むことを特徴とする、TBR空気入りタイヤ。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のTBR空気入りタイヤであって、前記充填剤は、カーボンブラックを含むことを特徴とする、TBR空気入りタイヤ。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のTBR空気入りタイヤであって、
前記TBR空気入りタイヤは、その中央部分内に平行なエッジを有し、これらエッジ間に1.0mm〜2.0mmの間隔で配置される複数の正六角形及び/又は不規則六角形を含むデザインのトレッドを備え;
前記正六角形及び/又は不規則六角形が60mm〜80mmの長さを有し、かつ、成形溝によって横方向に二分され、該成形溝が0.4mm〜0.7mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、TBR空気入りタイヤ。
