Claims (15)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体、および
前記電池セル積層体を収容し、互いに対応する上部面と下部面を有するフレーム部材を含み、
前記フレーム部材の前記下部面には熱伝導性樹脂を注入するための注液ホールが形成され、
前記フレーム部材の前記上部面には支持治具の突起が貫通するための挿入ホールが形成される電池モジュール。 - 前記フレーム部材の前記下部面と前記電池セル積層体との間に位置する熱伝導性樹脂層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記フレーム部材の前記上部面と前記電池セル積層体との間に位置する絶縁カバーをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記フレーム部材の前記上部面と前記絶縁カバーとの間には前記支持治具の前記突起が前記挿入ホールを貫通した後から前記電池セル積層体を支持する面までの距離だけ離隔空間が形成される、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記挿入ホールは、複数個が形成され、前記複数個が形成された前記挿入ホールは、前記フレーム部材の前記上部面の中間部分および長さ方向に沿って両端部に形成される、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記フレーム部材の前後面を覆うバスバーフレームをさらに含み、
前記フレーム部材は、前記電池セル積層体の上下左右面を囲む、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記フレーム部材の前記上部面および前記下部面は、前記電池セル積層体の積層方向と垂直な方向に沿って互いに向き合う、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体をフレーム部材内に収容する段階、
前記フレーム部材の上部面に支持治具を装着する段階、および
前記フレーム部材の下部面に形成された注液ホールを通じて熱伝導性樹脂を注入する段階を含み、
前記熱伝導性樹脂を注入する段階において、前記フレーム部材内の部品が流動しないように前記支持治具が前記部品を支える電池モジュールの製造方法。 -
前記フレーム部材の前記上部面に形成された挿入ホールに挿入されるように前記支持治具は少なくとも一つの突起を含む、請求項8に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記熱伝導性樹脂を注入する段階後に、前記支持治具を前記フレーム部材から取り外す段階をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記フレーム部材の前記下部面に形成された前記注液ホールを通じて前記熱伝導性樹脂を注入する段階は、前記フレーム部材を上下反転させた状態で行われ、
前記支持治具を前記フレーム部材から取り外す段階は、前記フレーム部材を元の状態に再び上下反転させた状態で行う、請求項10に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記支持治具は、プラスチック材質から形成される、請求項9〜11の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記フレーム部材の前記上部面と前記電池セル積層体との間に絶縁カバーを形成する段階をさらに含む、請求項8〜12の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記部品は、前記電池セル積層体および前記絶縁カバーを含む、請求項13に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
