Description

全鉄(Fe2O3として表わされる)0.002〜0.04%、並びに、
クロム、セレン、銅、セリウム、マンガン、及びアンチモンのうちの、1つの及び少なくとも2つの成分のうちの1つであって、クロム(Cr2O3として表わされる)は、0.02重量%の最大含有量であり、セレン(Seとして表わされる)は、0.08重量%の最大含有量であり、銅(CuOとして表わされる)は、0.04重量%の最大含有量であり、セリウム(CeO2として算出される)は、0.08重量%の最大含有量であり、マンガン(MnOとして算出される)は、1.6重量%の最大含有量であり、アンチモン(Sb2O3として表わされる)は、0.8重量%の最大含有量であり、前記組成は、以下の定式を有し、
A≦[10.02*(Cr2O3/Fe2O3)+4*(Se/Fe2O3)+2.73*(CuO/Fe2O3)+0.7*(CeO2/Fe2O3)+0.23*(MnO/Fe2O3)+0.11*(Sb2O3/Fe2O3)]、
ここで、Aは、0.30に等しい。
a.以上における、従って、800nm〜3μmの赤外光範囲内において低い基準反射率を有する、本発明の任意の実施形態による赤外光を透過させる基材と、
b.赤外線に対して感度を有する光学構成要素及び/又は赤外光源と
を有する、800nm〜3μmの範囲内の波長λLにおいて赤外光を放出、検出、又は計測する光学組立体を提供することにある。
Claims (17)
- 赤外光を透過させる基材の800nm〜3μmの波長範囲内における赤外線反射率を減少させるための注入イオンの使用であって、
a.前記イオンは、N、O、He、Ne、Ar、又はKrの一価及び多価イオンの混合物から選択され、且つ、
b.前記イオンは、1016イオン/cm2〜2×1017イオン/cm2の投与量及び5.5kV〜450kVの加速電圧AVにより、前記基材内に注入される、使用。 - 前記イオンは、1016イオン/cm2〜1.5×1017イオン/cm2、好ましくは、1016イオン/cm2〜9.5×1016イオン/cm2の投与量により、前記基材内に注入される、請求項1に記載の赤外光を透過させる基材の赤外線反射率を減少させるための注入イオンの使用。
- 前記基材は、サファイア、溶融シリカ、又はガラスの基材のうちから選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の赤外光を透過させる基材の赤外線反射率を減少させるための注入イオンの使用。
- 前記基材は、ソーダライムシリカガラス、アルミノシリケートガラス、及びボロシリケートガラスの基材のうちから選択される、請求項3に記載の赤外光を透過させる基材の赤外線反射率を減少させるための注入イオンの使用。
- 前記基材は、全ガラスの重量百分率として表わして、以下:
a.全鉄(Fe2O3として表わされる)0.002〜0.06%、及び、
b.Cr2O3 0.0001〜0.06%
の含有量を有するソーダライムガラス基材である、請求項4に記載の赤外光を透過させる基材の赤外線反射率を減少させるための注入イオンの使用。 - 前記基材は、平面オプティクス基材又はレンズである、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の赤外光を透過させる基材の赤外線反射率を減少させるための注入イオンの使用。
- 前記800nm〜3μmの波長範囲内における前記基材の平均基準反射率は、少なくとも1%だけ、好ましくは、少なくとも2%だけ、更に好ましくは、少なくとも3%だけ、低減される、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の赤外光を透過させる基材の赤外線反射率を減少させるための注入イオンの使用。
- 前記基材の前記基準反射率は、波長λminにおいて極小値を示しており、800nn≦λmin≦3μmである、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の赤外光を透過させる基材の赤外線反射率を減少させるための注入イオンの使用。
- 波長λ−500における前記基材の前記基準反射率は、最大で13%であり、λ−500=λmin−500nmである、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の赤外光を透過させる基材の赤外線反射率を減少させるための注入イオンの使用。
- 可視光波長範囲内における前記基材の前記基準反射率は、最大で13%である、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の赤外光を透過させる基材の赤外線反射率を減少させるための注入イオンの使用。
- a.イオンの、平均標準原子量Zavrに対する前記加速電圧AVの比率AV/Aavrは、0.0029×λmin×kV/nm−1.25kV〜0.0026×λmin×kV/nm+0.68kVの範囲内にあり、λminは、800nm〜3μmの赤外線波長範囲内における前記基準反射率の極小値の波長である、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 基材の赤外線基準反射率を減少させるための前記基材内における二重層の使用であって、
a.前記二重層は、前記基材表面から始まって前記基材のコアに向かって進行する方向に、
i.屈折率n1を有する第1層であって、0.95×nb≦n1≦1.05×nbであり、nbは、バルクの前記基材の屈折率である、第1層と、
ii.屈折率n2(n2<nb)を有し、且つ多孔性層である第2層と
を含み、
個々の前記屈折率は、800nm〜3μmの波長範囲内における平均屈折率であり、
好ましくは、前記第1及び第2層の固相は、前記基材のバルク材料と同一の材料から本質的に構成されている、使用。 - a.前記第1層は、10〜120nmの範囲内の厚さを有し、且つ、
b.前記多孔性第2層は、110〜400nmの範囲内の厚さと、40%〜80%の範囲内の細孔密度とを有する、請求項12に記載の基材の赤外線基準反射率を減少させるための基材内における二重層の使用。 - 800nm〜3μmの赤外光範囲内の赤外光を透過させるイオン注入された基材、赤外線に対して感度を有する光学構成要素、及び/又は赤外光源を含む、800nm〜3μmの範囲内の赤外光を制御する光学組立体であって、
a.前記注入されたイオンは、N、H、O、He、Ne、Ar、及びKrのイオンのうちの1つ又は複数から選択され、且つ、
b.前記注入されたイオンは、1016イオン/cm2〜2×1017イオン/cm2の投与量及び5.5kV〜450kVの加速電圧AVにより、前記基材内に注入されている、光学組立体。 - 800nm〜3μmの赤外光範囲内の赤外光を透過させる基材、赤外線に対する感度を有する光学構成要素、及び/又は赤外光源を含む、800nm〜3μmの範囲内の赤外光を制御する光学組立体であって、前記赤外光を透過させる基材は、二重層を含み、前記二重層は、前記基材表面から始まって前記基材のコアに向かって進行する方向に、屈折率n1を有する第1層であって、0.95×nb≦n1≦1.05×nbであり、nbは、バルクの前記基材の屈折率である、第1層と、屈折率n2(n2<nb)を有し、且つ多孔性層である第2層とを含み、個々の前記屈折率は、800nm〜3μmの波長範囲内における平均屈折率であり、前記基材の基準反射率は、波長λminにおいて極小値を示し、且つ800nm≦λmin≦3μmであり、波長λ−500における前記基材の前記基準反射率は、最大で13%であり、λ−500=λmin−500nmである、光学組立体。
- 前記第1層は、10〜120nmの範囲内の厚さを有し、前記多孔性第2層は、110〜400nmの範囲内の厚さと、40%〜80%の範囲内の細孔密度とを有する、請求項14に記載の光学組立体。
- 前記光学組立体は、赤外光源を含み、前記赤外光源は、波長λLにおいて放出する赤外線レーザーであり、前記基材の前記基準反射率は、波長λminにおいて極小値を示しており、0.95λL≦λmin≦1.05λLである請求項15乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の光学組立体。
