Abstract
Description
前記ポリエステルハードセグメントAの材料は、二塩基酸とジオールとのポリマーであり、二塩基酸は、テレフタル酸、イソフタル酸、ナフタレンジカルボン酸及びビフェニルジカルボン酸から選ばれる1種又は複数種であり、ジオールは、エチレングリコール、プロピレンエチレングリコール、ブタンジオール、ペンチレングリコール、ヘキシレンエチレングリコールから選ばれる1種又は複数種である。

Claims (13)
- 振動システムと、
前記振動システムと互いに連携する磁気回路システムとを備え、
前記振動システムは、スピーカー振動膜を備えるスピーカーであって、前記スピーカー振動膜は、一体に複合した2つの表層と2つの表層の間に介在している少なくとも1つの中間層とを含み、
少なくとも1つの前記表層は熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマーフィルムであり、
少なくとも1つの前記中間層は粘着剤層であり、
前記スピーカー振動膜のヤング率が5〜700MPaであり、
前記スピーカー振動膜の振幅が0.25mm〜1mmであり、
前記スピーカーのF0が150〜1500Hzである、
ことを特徴とするスピーカー。 - 前記スピーカー振動膜の厚さが10〜100μmであり、
前記熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマーフィルムの厚さが5〜70μmであり、
前記粘着剤層の厚さが1〜40μmである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスピーカー。 - 前記スピーカー振動膜の振幅が0.4mm〜0.6mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のスピーカー。
- 熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマーは、ポリエステルハードセグメントAとポリエーテル又は脂肪族ポリエステルソフトセグメントBとからなるコポリマーであり、
前記ポリエーテル又は脂肪族ポリエステルソフトセグメントBの材料は、脂肪族ポリエステル、ポリエチレンオキシド、ポリプロピレンオキシド、ポリテトラヒドロフランエーテル、ポリフェニレンエーテルから選ばれる1種又は複数種であり、
前記ポリエステルハードセグメントAの材料は、二塩基酸とジオールとのポリマーであり、二塩基酸は、テレフタル酸、イソフタル酸、ナフタレンジカルボン酸及びビフェニルジカルボン酸から選ばれる1種又は複数種であり、
ジオールは、エチレングリコール、プロピレンエチレングリコール、ブタンジオール、ペンチレングリコール、ヘキシレンエチレングリコールから選ばれる1種又は複数種である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のスピーカー。 - 前記ポリエステルハードセグメントAの質量百分率が10〜95%であり、前記ポリエーテル又は脂肪族ポリエステルソフトセグメントBの材料の相対分子質量が600〜6000である、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のスピーカー。
- 前記ポリエステルハードセグメントAは結晶することができ、且つ前記ポリエステルハードセグメントAの材料の平均重合度が2以上であり、前記ポリエステルハードセグメントAの溶融温度が150℃以上である、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のスピーカー。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマーフィルムに対する前記粘着剤層による粘着力が100g/25mm(180°剥離)よりも大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のスピーカー。
- 前記粘着剤層の損失係数が0.1以上である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のスピーカー。
- 熱可塑性ポリエステル弾性膜層の損失係数が0.015以上である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のスピーカー。
- 前記スピーカー振動膜は、1つの中間層を含む三層構造をなし、
2つの前記表層は、ともに熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマーフィルムである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のスピーカー。 - 前記スピーカー振動膜は、2つの前記中間層を含み、
2つの前記表層は、ともに熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマーフィルムであり、
2つの前記中間層は、材料の異なる粘着剤層である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のスピーカー。 - 前記スピーカー振動膜は、3つの前記中間層を含み、
その中で、2つの前記中間層は粘着剤層であり、残りの1つの中間層は、前記熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマーフィルムであり、前記熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマーフィルムは、2つの前記粘着剤層の間に介在しており、又は3つの前記中間層は、すべて粘着剤層である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のスピーカー。 - 2つの前記表層の厚さが同じである、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項12のいずれか1項に記載のスピーカー。
