非構造部品に取り付けられ、非構造部品を部分的に取り囲むように構成された取り付け装置部材と、
非構造部品と取り付け装置部材との間の接続を形成するように構成された締結部品であって、接続が、非構造部品を圧縮せず、かつ取り付け装置部材に対する非構造部品の動きを阻止する、締結部品と、
取り付け装置部材に結合され、取り付け装置部材を介して非構造部品を構造部品に固定するために、構造部品に取り付けられるように構成された、取り付け部品と、を備える、取り付け装置。
互いに結合して第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材を非構造部品に取り付けるように構成された第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材であって、第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材が、非構造部品を取り囲むようにサイズ決定及び成形され、第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材が、第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材が非構造部品に取り付けられたときに、非構造部品を変形させず、かつ第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材に対する非構造部品の動きを阻止するように構成されている、第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材と、

第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材のうちの少なくとも1つに取り付けられ、第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材を介して非構造部品を構造部品に固定するために、構造部品に取り付けられるように構成された、少なくとも1つの取り付け部品と、を備える、取り付け装置。
建物の少なくとも2つの非構造部品に結合して、少なくとも2つの非構造部品と相互接続するように構成された金具であって、非構造部品システムの一部分を形成する、金具と、
金具に取り付けられ、かつ金具を構造部品に固定するために、構造部品に取り付けられるように構成された少なくとも1つの取り付け部品と、を備える、取り付けアセンブリ。
少なくとも2つの非構造取り付け開口部を画定する金具であって、各非構造取り付け開口部が、建物の少なくとも1つの非構造部品のうちの1つに結合されるように構成され、金具が、非構造部品システムの一部分を形成する、金具と、
少なくとも2つの非構造取り付け開口部のうちの1つに挿入されるように構成された取り付け装置部材であって、金具を構造部品に固定するために、構造部品に取り付けられるように構成された、取り付け装置部材と、を備える、取り付けアセンブリ。
建物の最大4つの非構造部品に結合して、非構造部品と相互接続するように構成された十字金具であって、金具が、非構造部品システムの一部分を形成し、十字金具が、4つの隅部を含み、各隅部が、十字金具の隣接する取り付け部分によって画定され、それらの間に配置され、各取り付け部分が、非構造部品のうちの1つに結合するように構成され、対向する隅部間の横方向距離が、対向する取り付け部分の外向き端部の間の縦方向距離よりも短い、十字金具と、

建物の少なくとも2つの非構造部品に結合して、少なくとも2つの非構造部品と相互接続するように構成された金具であって、金具が、非構造部品システムの一部分を形成し、金具が、金具の周辺に円周方向に延在する溝を画定する、金具と、
溝内で受容して、取り付け部品を金具に取り付けるように構成された取り付け部品であって、取り付け部品が、金具を構造部品に固定するために、構造部品に取り付けられるように構成され、取り付け部品は、取り付け部品が金具を構造部品に固定するときに、金具を圧縮せず、かつ構造部品に対する金具の動きを阻止するように構成されている、取り付け部品と、を備える、取り付けアセンブリ。
互いに結合されて、非構造部品アセンブリに沿った第1の位置で、第1の一対の第1及び第2の取り付け部材を第1の非構造部品に取り付けるように構成された、第1の一対の第1及び第2の取り付け部材であって、第1の一対の第1及び第2の取り付け部材は、第1及び第2の取り付け部材が互いに接続されるときに、第1の非構造部品を取り囲むようにサイズ決定及び成形され、第1の一対の第1及び第2の取り付け部材は、第1及び第2の取り付け部材が第1の非構造部品に取り付けられたときに第1の非構造部品を圧縮しないように構成されている、第1の一対の第1及び第2の取り付け部材と、
互いに結合されて、非構造部品アセンブリに沿った、第1の位置から離間された第2の位置で、第2の一対の第3及び第4の取り付け部材を第2の非構造部品に取り付けるように構成された、第2の一対の第3及び第4の取り付け部材であって、第2の一対の第3及び第4の取り付け部材は、第3及び第4の取り付け部材が互いに接続されるときに、該他の非構造部品を取り囲むようにサイズ決定及び成形され、第2の一対の第3及び第4の取り付け部材は、第3及び第4の取り付け部材が第2の非構造部品に取り付けられたときに第2の非構造部品を圧縮しないように構成されている、第2の一対の第3及び第4の取り付け部材と、
取り付け部材を介して非構造部品アセンブリを構造部品に固定するために、取り付け部材の少なくとも1つに付着し、かつ構造部品に取り付けるように構成された少なくとも1つの取り付け部品と、を備え、
第1の位置が、金具の第1の端部に隣接し、第2の位置が、金具の第2の端部に隣接し、第1及び第2の対は、取り付け部材が非構造部品アセンブリに取り付けられたときに、金具のそれぞれの第1及び第2の端部に係合して、取り付け部材に対する非構造部品アセンブリの動きを阻止するように構成されている、取り付け装置。
Claims (20)
- 建物の非構造部品を前記建物の構造部品に固定するための取り付け装置であって、
前記非構造部品に取り付けられ、前記非構造部品を部分的に取り囲むように構成された取り付け装置部材と、
前記非構造部品と前記取り付け装置部材との間の接続を形成するように構成された締結部品であって、前記接続が、前記非構造部品を圧縮せず、かつ前記取り付け装置部材に対する前記非構造部品の動きを阻止する、締結部品と、
前記取り付け装置部材に結合され、前記取り付け装置部材を介して前記非構造部品を前記構造部品に固定するために、前記構造部品に取り付けられるように構成された、取り付け部品と、を備える、取り付け装置。 - 前記締結部品が、接着剤である、請求項1に記載の取り付け装置。
- 前記取り付け装置部材が、前記取り付け装置部材を前記非構造部品に取り付けるために、前記非構造部品の一部分を受容するようにサイズ決定及び成形された受容空間を画定する、請求項2に記載の取り付け装置。
- 前記取り付け装置部材が、前記受容空間を画定する内側表面を含み、前記接着剤が、前記取り付け装置部材の前記内側表面に配置され、かつ前記非構造部品が前記受容空間の中へ挿入されたときに前記非構造部品に係合するように構成されている、請求項3に記載の取り付け装置。
- 前記取り付け装置部材が、部分的円筒壁である、請求項4に記載の取り付け装置。
- 前記取り付け部品が、前記取り付け装置部材から外方に突出し、前記取り付け部品が、前記取り付け装置部材から離間された開口部を画定し、かつ前記取り付け部品を前記構造部品に取り付けるために、前記締結具を受容するようにサイズ決定及び成形されている、請求項1に記載の取り付け装置。
- 前記非構造部品と組み合わせて、前記取り付け装置部材が、前記接着剤を介して前記非構造部品に接続される、請求項2に記載の取り付け装置。
- 建物の非構造部品を前記建物の構造部品に固定するための取り付け装置であって、
第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材であって、前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材を前記非構造部品に取り付けるように互いに結合するように構成され、前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材が、前記非構造部品を完全に取り囲むようにサイズ決定及び成形され、前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材は、前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材が前記非構造部品に取り付けられたときに、前記非構造部品を変形させず、かつ前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材に対する前記非構造部品の動きを阻止するように構成されている、第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材と、
前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材を互いに結合するように構成された少なくとも1つの締結部品と、
前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材のうちの少なくとも1つに取り付けられ、前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材を介して前記非構造部品を前記構造部品に固定するために、構造部品に取り付けられるように構成された、少なくとも1つの取り付け部品と、を備える、取り付け装置。 - 前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材は、前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材が互いに結合されるときに、前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材を前記非構造部品に取り付けるために、前記非構造部品を受容するようにサイズ決定及び成形された受容空間を画定する、請求項8に記載の取り付け装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材の各々が、前記非構造部品の周囲の約半分に延在するようにサイズ決定及び成形されている、請求項8に記載の取り付け装置。
- 前記第1の取り付け装置部材が、前記非構造部品の周囲の約4分の3延在するようにサイズ決定及び成形され、前記第2の取り付け装置部材が、前記非構造部品の周囲の約4分の1延在するようにサイズ決定及び成形されている、請求項8に記載の取り付け装置。
- 前記第1の取り付け装置部材が、前記非構造部品を受容するようにサイズ決定及び成形された受容空間の一部分、及び前記受容空間の前記一部分と連通している入口を画定し、前記第1の取り付け装置部材が、前記入口を拡大して、前記非構造部品が前記入口を通って前記受容空間の前記一部分の中へ挿入されることを可能にするように、弾性的に偏向可能である、請求項11に記載の取り付け装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの締結部品が、2つの締結部品を含む、請求項8に記載の取り付け装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの締結部品のうちの1つが、締結具である、請求項13に記載の取り付け装置。
- 前記2つの締結部品が、それぞれ前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材の一部であり、かつ互いに噛み合って前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材を接続するように構成された、第1及び第2の噛み合い部分を備える、請求項13に記載の取り付け装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の噛み合い部分が、ヒンジを形成し、前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材が、前記ヒンジを中心として回転することができる、請求項15に記載の取り付け装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材の各々が、接続フランジを含み、前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材の前記接続フランジが、前記少なくとも1つの締結部品によって互いに取り付けられて、前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材を互いに結合するように構成されている、請求項8に記載の取り付け装置。
- 前記接続フランジが、前記少なくとも1つの取り付け部品である、請求項17に記載の取り付け装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材のうちの少なくとも1つ上に接着剤を更に備え、前記接着剤が、前記非構造部品又は前記非構造部品を取り囲む構造体に係合して、前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材のうちの前記少なくとも1つを前記非構造部品に固定するように構成されている、請求項8に記載の取り付け装置。
- 前記非構造部品と組み合わせて、前記第1及び第2の取り付け装置部材のうちの前記少なくとも1つが、前記接着剤を介して前記非構造部品に接続される、請求項19に記載の取り付け装置。
