Claims (10)
- 詳細にはロール式横切りカッターであり、さらに詳細にはオーバーラップ又はアンダーラップするシート(3)の、詳細には紙又は段ボールの鱗状列流を形成するために、材料ウエブ(2)を個別シート(3)に切断するための横切りカット装置(9)と、前記ウエブの輸送経路に沿って前記横切りカット装置(9)の上流側の、材料ウエブを貯蔵及び/又は供給するためのウエブストレージ(7)とを有し、前記材料ウエブ(2)はウエブ巻き出し装置(4)から前記ウエブストレージ(7)に供給される、装置(1)であって、
前記材料ウエブ(2)を貯蔵するための前記ウエブストレージ(7)は、前記シート(3)の延在高さの下方で前記横切りカット装置(9)の領域に配置されている、装置(1)。 - 前記ウエブストレージ(7)は、前記材料ウエブ(2)を水平方向に貯蔵するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- 鱗状列化装置(11)が、前記シート(3)を局部的にアンダーラップ又はオーバーラップするために前記シート(3)の輸送方向(10)で前記横切りカット装置(9)の下流側に設けられており、前記横切りカット装置(9)と前記鱗状列化装置(11)との間で前記シート(3)の輸送経路内で前記材料ウエブ(2)を貯蔵するための前記ウエブストレージ(7)は、前記シート(3)の延在高さの下方に形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の装置(1)。
- 制動装置(12)が、前記シート(3)の輸送方向(10)で前記鱗状列化装置(11)の下流側に、詳細にはオーバーラップ様式で寄せ合わされたシート(3)の通過のための制動ギャップを形成することによって鱗状列化されたシール(3)を制動するために設けられており、前記材料ウエブ(2)を貯蔵するための前記ウエブストレージ(7)は、前記シート(3)の延在高さの下方で、前記横切りカット装置(9)と前記制動装置(12)との間で前記シート(3)の輸送方向(10)で前記材料ウエブ(2)を貯蔵するために形成されている、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の装置(1)。
- 材料ウエブ送り込み装置(8)が、前記ウエブストレージ(7)から前記横切りカット装置(9)への前記材料ウエブ(2)の駆動された供給のために、前記ウエブ輸送経路に沿って前記横切りカット装置(9)の上流側に設けられており、前記ウエブストレージ(7)は、前記シート(3)の延在高さの下方で、前記材料ウエブ送り込み装置(8)と前記横切りカット装置(9)との間で前記材料ウエブの輸送方向で前記材料ウエブ(7)を貯蔵するように設計されている、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記ウエブストレージ(7)は、鉛直方向で上下に位置する少なくとも2つの固定偏向ローラ(15、21)を有し、前記固定偏向ローラ(15、21)は、好ましくは、前記横切りカット装置(9)と前記ウエブ巻き出し装置(4)との間で、好ましくは、前記材料ウエブ送り込み装置(8)と前記ウエブ巻き出し装置(4)との間の領域で、前記シート(3)の延在高さの下方に配置される、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記ウエブストレージ(7)は、少なくとも1つの、好ましくは少なくとも2つの、より好ましくは、協働する、水平方向に変位可能な偏向ローラ(17、20)を有し、前記変位可能な偏向ローラ(17、20)は、前記ウエブ巻き出し装置(4)の方向に、前記固定偏向ローラ(15、21)の横方向である通り抜け位置(24)へ変位可能である、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記可動偏向ローラ(17、20)は、前記通り抜け位置(24)から、前記制動装置(12)の方向に、固定偏向ローラ(15、21)と前記可動偏向ローラ(17、20)との間の前記材料ウエブ(2)の前記貯蔵部分の長さが最大である最大貯蔵位置(26)へ移動可能であり、好ましくは、前記最大貯蔵位置(26)は、前記横切りカット装置(9)と前記制動装置(12)との間の領域、さらに好ましくは、前記鱗状列化装置(11)と前記制動装置(12)との間の領域に達する、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記ウエブストレージ(7)は、前記材料ウエブの張力に影響を与えるために少なくとも1つの水平方向に移動可能なダンサー偏向ローラ(18)を有し、前記ダンサー偏向ローラ(18)は、好ましくは、前記材料ウエブ(2)の輸送方向(10)で、鉛直方向において前記ウエブストレージ(7)の2つの可動偏向ローラ(17、20)の間の領域に設けられる、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記ウエブストレージ(7)は、好ましくは、前記横切りカット装置(9)、前記鱗状列化装置(11)、及び前記制動装置(12)と一緒にシャーシ(13)上に取り付けられ、前記シャーシ(13)は、横方向に、好ましくは、前記ウエブ巻き出し装置(4)に対して、前記シート(3)の輸送方向(10)に直交して移動するように設計される、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の装置(1)。
