Claims (21)
- バッテリセルと、
前記バッテリセルの状態情報を入手するためのものであり、前記バッテリセルの第1面上に重なるように配置され、バッテリセルの第1面に導電性連結された測定端子を具備する測定基板と、を含むバッテリパック。 - 前記測定端子は、バッテリセルの第1面に接触し、電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリセルの第1面には、電極端子が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記電極端子は、互いに反対極性の第1電極端子及び第2電極端子を含み、
前記バッテリセルの第1面は、第1電極端子と電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記バッテリセルは、列をなして配列された多数のバッテリセルを含み、
前記測定基板は、前記バッテリセルの列に沿って延長される測定基板の本体を含み、
前記測定端子は、前記測定基板の本体から互いに異なるバッテリセルに向けて分岐され、相互から離隔された多数の測定端子を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記多数の測定端子は、前記測定基板の本体から同じ方向に沿って並んで分岐されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記測定端子の個数は、全体バッテリセルの個数より少ないことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリセルの列に沿って、互いに隣接するように配置されたバッテリセルは、互いに並列連結されて並列モジュールを形成し、
前記測定端子は、各並列モジュールを形成するいずれか1つのバッテリセルの第1面に導電性連結されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記バッテリセルは、列をなして配列された多数のバッテリセルを含み、
前記多数のバッテリセルを互いに電気的に連結するためのバスバーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記バスバーは、バッテリセルの列に沿って互いに隣接しないように配置されたバッテリセルを電気的に連結することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バスバーは、バッテリセルの列に沿って互いに隣接しないように配置されたバッテリセルの互いに反対極性同士直列に連結することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バスバーと測定基板との間には、絶縁性のバスバーホルダが介在されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリセルの第1面上には、測定基板とバスバーホルダとが順次に配置され、
前記バスバーホルダには、前記測定基板の測定端子と、バッテリセルの第1面との導電性連結を形成する結合ツールの接近を許容するように、バスバーホルダを貫通する結合孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記結合孔は、測定端子と、バッテリセルの第1面との結合位置に対応することを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バスバーは、多数のバスバーを含み、
前記測定基板は、測定基板の本体から分岐されたものであり、前記バスバーのうち第1バスバーと電気的に連結される接続端子をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記第1バスバーは、バッテリセルの列に沿って最も低い最低負極電圧を有する第1バッテリセルと電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記第1バスバーは、バッテリパックの出力端子と連結されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記第1バスバーと測定基板との間には、絶縁性のバスバーホルダが配置され、
前記バスバーホルダには、前記接続端子の貫通を許容するための貫通ホールが形成されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記接続端子は、
前記測定基板の本体から曲折され、第1バスバーに向けて延長される延長部と、
前記延長部から曲折され、第1バスバーに連結される端子部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記接続端子と測定端子は、前記測定基板の本体に沿って互いに異なるバッテリセルに向けて分岐されて相互から離隔されるものの、
前記接続端子は、測定基板の本体と異なるレベルに配置され、
前記測定端子は、測定基板の本体と同じレベルに配置されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記接続端子と測定端子は、前記測定基板の本体から同じ方向に沿って並んで分岐されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のバッテリパック。
