Abstract
本発明に基づき、隣接する個別セル(2)の電流コレクタフラッグ(2.2、2.3)は、テンションエレメント(4)を用いて力結合及び/又はポジティブ結合によって電気的に接続され、力結合及び/又はポジティブ結合で冷却プレート(3)と圧着されている。

Claims (15)
- 直列又は並列に相互接続された複数の個別セル(2)と、前記個別セル(2)の極側に配置された少なくとも1つの冷却プレート(3)と、を備え、前記個別セル(2)の電極の電流コレクタフラッグ(2.2、2.3)が前記冷却プレート(3)と熱的に接続され、前記電流コレクタフラッグは前記冷却プレート(3)と平行に通るように曲げられている、バッテリ(1)であって、隣接する前記個別セル(2)の前記電流コレクタフラッグ(2.2、2.3)は、テンションエレメント(4)を用いて力結合及び/又はポジティブ結合によって電気的に接続され、力結合及び/又はポジティブ結合で前記冷却プレート(3)と圧着されていることを特徴とするバッテリ(1)。
- 個別セル(2)の前記電流コレクタフラッグ(2.2、2.3)は、隣接する前記個別セル(2)の前記電流コレクタフラッグ(2.2、2.3)が重なり合うように、反対方向に90度曲げられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 前記電流コレクタフラッグ(2.2、2.3)が、前記テンションエレメント(4)に対応する開口部(2.2.1、2.3.1)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 前記冷却プレート(3)が、前記テンションエレメント(4)に対応する開口部(3.1)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 前記テンションエレメント(4)が、それぞれボルト(4.2)、リベット及び/又はスプリングエレメントを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 前記テンションエレメント(4)が、それぞれプレッシャプレート(4.1)とボルト(4.2)とから形成され、前記プレッシャプレート(4.1)は前記ボルト(4.2)に対応するネジ穴(4.1.1)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 前記ボルト(4.2)は、前記冷却プレート(3)の前記開口部(3.1)及び重なり合っている前記電流コレクタフラッグ(2.2、2.3)の前記開口部(2.2.1、2.3.1)から前記電流コレクタフラッグ(2.2、2.3)の下部に配置されている前記プレッシャプレート(4.1)の前記ネジ穴(4.1.1)の中に通されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 少なくとも前記ボルト(4.2)の部分において、前記電流コレクタフラッグ(2.2、2.3)と前記冷却プレート(3)との間にスペーサエレメント(7)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 前記スペーサエレメント(7)は、前記ボルト(4.2)、前記冷却プレート(3)の前記開口部(3.1)及び前記電流コレクタフラッグ(2.2、2.3)の前記開口部(2.2.1、2.3.1)に対応する開口部(7.1)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 前記テンションエレメント(4)と前記電流コレクタフラッグ(2.2、2.3)との間及び/又は前記テンションエレメント(4)と前記冷却プレート(3)との間に電気的絶縁エレメント(6)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 前記電流コレクタフラッグ(2.2、2.3)が、少なくとも重なり合う部分に腐食防止層を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 前記電流コレクタフラッグ(2.2、2.3)の少なくとも重なり合う部分が、外部物質の侵入に対してシールされていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 前記電流コレクタフラッグ(2.2、2.3)と前記冷却プレート(3)との間には、電気的に絶縁を行う熱伝導体又は電気的に絶縁を行う熱伝導シート(5)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 前記個別セル(2)が互いに平行に配置されているため、前記個別セル(2)の前記電流コレクタフラッグ(2.2、2.3)が少なくとも2列に配置されており、前記電流コレクタフラッグ(2.2、2.3)のそれぞれの列には、それぞれ1つの冷却プレート(3)が割り当てられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 前記バッテリ(1)が車両バッテリであり、特に電気駆動、ハイブリッド駆動を備える車両又は燃料電池車両用のバッテリ(1)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリ(1)。
