Description
透明導電材料を含む透明層を透明誘電材料で少なくとも部分的に覆うステップであって、透明導電材料を含む透明層上にコーティング層を形成し、透明導電材料を含む透明層が、コーティング層と非導電性ベース層との間に位置するようにして、透明誘電材料がポリマーを含むか、またはそれからなり、ポリマーが、ポリ塩化ビニリデン(PVDC)、モノマーの1つが塩化ビニリデンであるコポリマー、ポリメタクリレート(PMMA)、および、それらの任意の組合せからなる群から選択され、コーティング層の厚さが、コーティング層を介して透明導電材料を含む透明層の処理を可能にするために、10〜600nmである、ステップと、を含む。
・非導電性ベース層を提供するステップと、
・非導電性ベース層上に透明導電材料を含む透明層を提供するステップと、
・透明導電材料を含む透明層を透明誘電材料で少なくとも部分的に覆うステップであって、透明導電材料を含む透明層上にコーティング層を形成し、透明導電材料を含む透明層が、コーティング層と非導電性ベース層との間に位置するようにして、コーティング層の厚さが、コーティング層を介して透明導電材料を含む透明層の処理を可能にするために、10〜600nmである、ステップと、
を含む。
・非導電性ベース層を提供するステップと、
・非導電性ベース層上に透明導電材料を含む透明層を提供するステップであって、透明導電材料は、導電性高アスペクト比分子構造(HARMS)ネットワークを含み、またはそれからなり、導電性HARMSネットワークは、カーボンナノ構造を含む、ステップと、
・透明導電材料を含む透明層を透明誘電材料で少なくとも部分的に覆うステップであって、透明導電材料を含む透明層上にコーティング層を形成し、透明導電材料を含む透明層が、コーティング層と非導電性ベース層との間に位置するようにして、透明誘電材料がポリマーを含むか、またはそれからなり、ポリマーが、ポリ塩化ビニリデン(PVDC)、モノマーの1つが塩化ビニリデンであるコポリマー、ポリメタクリレート(PMMA)、および、それらの任意の組合せからなる群から選択され、コーティング層の厚さは、コーティング層を介して透明導電材料を含む透明層の処理を可能にするために、10〜600nmである、ステップと、
を含む。
本実施例では、以下の材料を用いて導電性多層膜、すなわち、導電性多層膜1および導電性多層膜2を製造した。
上述の異なる処理ステップの間、異なる処理ステップにおけるシート抵抗(Ω/□)は、加速時効前に四点プローブ(Jandel Engineering Limited製)を用いて測定され、その後、Agilentデジタルマルチメーターを用いて2つの銀コンタクトを用いた。各測定点について、18個の30×30mmのCNB正方形のサンプルを使用した。結果を表1に示す。
その後、製造した3つの導電性多層膜について、以下のようにして接着性試験を行った。
Claims (15)
- 非導電性ベース層(2)と、前記非導電性ベース層上に提供された透明導電材料を含む透明層(3)とを含む導電性多層膜(1)であって、前記透明導電材料を含む透明層は、前記透明導電材料を含む透明層(3)上に、コーティング層(5)を形成する透明誘電材料によって少なくとも部分的に覆われ、前記透明導電材料を含む透明層(3)が前記コーティング層(5)と前記非導電性ベース層(2)との間に位置するようになり、前記透明導電材料が、導電性高アスペクト比分子構造(HARMS)ネットワークを含み、またはそれからなり、前記導電性HARMネットワークは、カーボンナノ構造を含み、前記透明誘電材料はポリマーを含むか、それからなり、前記ポリマーは、ポリ塩化ビニリデン(PVDC)、モノマーの1つが塩化ビニリデンであるコポリマー、ポリ(メチルメタクリレート)(PMMA)、およびそれらの任意の組合せからなる群から選択され、前記コーティング層の厚さは、前記コーティング層(5)を介する前記透明導電材料を含む透明層(3)の処理を可能にするために、10〜600nmである、導電性多層膜。
- 前記コーティング層の厚さが、20〜500nm、または30〜400nm、または50〜300nm、または60〜200nm、または70〜150nmである、請求項1に記載の導電性多層膜。
- 前記透明導電材料は、前記透明導電材料の少なくとも一部が露出するように、前記透明誘電材料に部分的に埋め込まれる、請求項1または2に記載の導電性多層膜。
- 前記透明誘電材料が、溶媒、光吸収添加剤、ドーパント、接着促進剤、硬化剤、またはそれらの任意の組合せをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の導電性多層膜。
- 前記非導電性ベース層(2)が、ポリマーまたはガラスを含むか、またはそれらからなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の導電性多層膜。
- 前記導電性多層膜(1)は、透明プライマー層(4)を含み、前記透明プライマー層は、前記非導電性ベース層(2)と、前記透明導電材料を含む透明層(3)との間に位置し、前記透明導電材料を含む透明層と直接接触する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の導電性多層膜。
- 前記透明プライマー層(4)が、ポリマーを含むか、またはそれからなる組成物から形成され、前記ポリマーは、ポリ塩化ビニリデン(PVDC)、モノマーの1つが塩化ビニリデンであるコポリマー、およびそれらの任意の組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項6に記載の導電性多層膜。
- 前記透明プライマー層(4)の厚さが、少なくとも50nm、または50〜2000nm、または50〜1000nm、または150〜500nmである、請求項6または7に記載の導電性多層膜。
- 前記導電性多層膜(1)が成形可能、可撓性、折り畳み可能、および/または伸縮可能である、または前記導電性多層膜が成形可能および/または伸縮可能である、または前記導電性多層膜が成形可能である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の導電性多層膜。
- ・非導電性ベース層(2)を提供するステップと、
・前記非導電性ベース層(2)上に透明導電材料を含む透明層(3)を提供するステップであって、前記透明導電材料は、導電性高アスペクト比分子構造(HARMS)ネットワークを含み、またはそれからなり、前記導電性HARMSネットワークは、カーボンナノ構造を含む、ステップと、
・前記透明導電材料を含む透明層を透明誘電材料で少なくとも部分的に覆うステップであって、前記透明導電材料を含む透明層上にコーティング層(5)を形成して、前記透明導電材料を含む透明層が、前記コーティング層(5)と前記非導電性ベース層(2)との間に存在するようにして、前記透明誘電材料がポリマーを含むか、またはそれからなり、前記ポリマーが、ポリ塩化ビニリデン(PVDC)、モノマーの1つが塩化ビニリデンであるコポリマー、ポリメタクリレート(PMMA)、および、それらの任意の組合せからなる群から選択され、前記コーティング層の厚さは、前記コーティング層(5)を介して前記透明導電材料を含む透明層(3)の処理を可能にするために、10〜600nmである、ステップと、
を含む、導電性多層膜(1)の製造方法。 - 前記透明導電材料を含む透明層(3)を前記透明誘電材料で少なくとも部分的に覆うステップが、以下の処理、すなわち、スロットダイコーティング、メニスカスコーティング、ローラーコーティング、スクリーン印刷、グラビアコーティング、フレキソコーティング、オフセットコーティング、ナイフコーティング、キスコーティング、ロッドコーティング、ブレードコーティング、物理蒸着のうちの少なくとも1つを使用することによって実施される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の導電性多層膜(1)において、前記透明導電材料を含む透明層(3)を保護するため、前記透明導電材料を含む透明層の前記非導電性ベース層への接着性を改善するため、前記導電性多層膜の電気的性能を改善するため、および/または前記導電性多層膜の機械的および/または環境的安定性を強化するための、10〜600nmの厚さを有するコーティング層(5)としての透明誘電材料の使用。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の導電性多層膜を備える、タッチ感知装置。
- タッチセンサ、光起電システム、加熱用途、電流導体、表示システム、表示電極、照明システム、光スイッチ、または光制御膜における、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の導電性多層膜(1)の使用。
- 光起電システム、加熱用途、電流導体、表示システム、表示電極、照明システム、光スイッチ、または光制御膜における、請求項13に記載のタッチ感知装置の使用。
