Claims (14)
- 少なくとも1つのコアレッサエレメント(42)を収容する装置ハウジング(2)を有する相分離装置において、前記装置ハウジング(2)が、
前記少なくとも1つのコアレッサエレメント(42)のそれぞれを前記少なくとも1つのコアレッサエレメント(42)のいくつかの構成要素の内の少なくとも2つの構成要素に分離するために貫流するエマルションを供給するための入口(38)と、
分離された構成要素のための出口(46)と、
前記分離された構成要素に比較して小さい濃度をもって前記分離された構成要素上で浮遊する他の分離された構成要素のための他の出口(22、64)とを有する、相分離装置。 - 前記エマルション用の前記入口(38)が、前記少なくとも1つのコアレッサエレメント(42)のそれぞれの内部へ連通しており、前記エマルションが前記少なくとも1つのコアレッサエレメント(42)のそれぞれの内側から外側へ向かって貫流させられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の相分離装置。
- 前記装置ハウジング(2)が、垂直の据え付け方向に見て細長く延びた、特にいくつかの部分からなるハウジングジャケットから形成されており、前記装置ハウジングが、その基部側において、特に前記装置ハウジングの下方3分の1内において、前記エマルション用の前記入口(38)と、前記分離された構成要素のための出口(46)とを有しており、かつ、その頭部側において、好ましくは前記装置ハウジングの上方の3分の1内において、特に好ましくは装置ハウジング(2)の一番上に配置された箇所に、前記他の分離された構成要素のための他の出口(22、64)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の相分離装置。
- 前記分離された構成要素のための出口(46)が、前記入口(38)のすぐ下流にある、前記少なくとも1つのコアレッサエレメント(42)への入口(40)の下方において、前記装置ハウジング(2)内に形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の相分離装置。
- 前記装置ハウジング(2)の収容容積に関して、前記分離された構成要素のために提供される容積よりも、より多くの容積が、好ましくは1.5倍よりも大きい容積が、前記他の分離された構成要素のために提供される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の相分離装置。
- 前記他の分離された構成要素のための他の出口(22、64)が、弁装置(64)及び/又は通気装置(66)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の相分離装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコアレッサエレメント(42)の少なくとも一部に、前記少なくとも1つのコアレッサエレメント(42)の構成要素として濾過段(52)が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の相分離装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコアレッサエレメント(42)の少なくとも一部に流出方向において外周側に少なくとも1つの付加的な保護ジャケット(72)が設けられており、前記保護ジャケットが好ましくは吸着によって、前記分離された構成要素の滴成長を支援する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の相分離装置。
- それぞれの濾過段(52)及び/又はそれぞれの合体段(42)が流体を透過する支持ジャケット(71)内に収容されており、前記支持ジャケットが、付属の継ぎ手(80)を介して開閉可能な少なくとも2つのジャケット部分(76、78)を有しており、前記ジャケット部分(76、78)が開放された位置においてそれぞれ使用済みのコアレッサエレメント(42)を新しいコアレッサエレメント(42)に交換することを可能にする、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の相分離装置。
- 前記エマルションが、その相分離の前に粒子濾過(4)を通過する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の相分離装置。
- 粒子濾過のために少なくとも1つのフィルタエレメント(24、68)が使用され、前記フィルタエレメントが他の装置ハウジング(4)内に収容されており、その構造がほぼ第1の装置ハウジング(2)に相当する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の相分離装置。
- 粒子濾過のためにそれぞれのフィルタエレメント(24、68)が外側から内側へ向かって貫流され、かつ他の装置ハウジング(4)の濾液出口(34)が接続箇所(36)を介して、隣接して据え付けられた装置ハウジング(2)の入口(38)に接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の相分離装置。
- エマルションが水とオイルの混合物であり、かつ、
1つの分離すべき構成要素が水であり、他の分離すべき構成要素が、オイルなどの、油圧媒体である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の相分離装置。 - 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の相分離装置の使用において、
油圧設備に関するストックタンクのタンク出口に移送ポンプが接続されており、前記移送ポンプが粒子濾過の枠内で、それぞれのフィルタエレメント(24、68)を有する他の装置ハウジング(4)から粒子浄化されたエマルションを、それぞれのコアレッサエレメント(42)を有する第1の装置ハウジング(2)へ案内し、前記第1の装置ハウジングが粒子濾過に対して並列又は直列接続において分離されたオイルをストックタンクの方向へ案内する、ことを特徴とする相分離装置の使用。
