Claims (37)
- カテーテルであって、

- 前記針上の前記少なくとも1つの突起は、それを通って流体が流れることができるようにするために内部に形成されている1または複数の流体チャネルを含む、請求項13から19のいずれか一項に記載のアブレーションデバイス。
- 前記針の前記内腔内に配設され、前記少なくとも1つの出口ポートに近位であるその前記遠位部分内に位置付けられている少なくとも1つの加熱要素をさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つの加熱要素は、前記針の前記内腔内を通って流れる流体を加熱させるように構成されている、請求項13から20のいずれか一項に記載のアブレーションデバイス。
- カテーテルから器具を選択的に展開するための方法であって、
カテーテルの内腔内に摺動可能に配設されている器具を、前記カテーテルの近位端に向かって押し出す段階であって、これにより、前記器具に結合されている少なくとも1つの突起が、前記カテーテルの遠位部分に結合されている後退停止部に当接するようになる段階と、
前記カテーテル内での前記器具の移動を制御するために、前進機構を前記器具に結合する段階と、
前記前進機構を作動させて、前記カテーテルに対して遠位方向に前記器具を押し出す段階と、を備える、方法。 - 前記カテーテルに対して前記器具を遠位方向に押し出す段階が、前記器具を第1の位置から第2の位置に前進させる段階を含み、前記第1の位置では、前記器具の遠位先端が、前記カテーテルの遠位先端の近位にあり、前記第2の位置では、前記器具の前記遠位先端が、前記カテーテルの前記遠位先端の遠位にある、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記カテーテルを患者の身体内の所定の位置に操縦する段階をさらに含む、請求項22または23に記載の方法。
- 前記器具が針であり、前記方法は、前記針の内腔および前記針の遠位部分に形成されている少なくとも1つの出口ポートを介して組織に流体を送達させる段階をさらに含む、請求項22から24のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの出口ポートに近位である前記針の前記内腔内に位置付けられている加熱要素を使用して、組織に送達された前記流体を加熱させる段階をさらに含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記針の前記遠位部分に配設されているアブレーション要素から組織にアブレーションエネルギーを送達する段階をさらに含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記前進機構が前記器具に結合されたときに、少なくとも1つの表示灯を起動させる段階をさらに含む、請求項22から27のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- カテーテルであって、
前記カテーテルの内腔内に摺動可能に配設されている器具であって、少なくとも1つの突起に結合されている器具と、
前記カテーテルに結合されている後退停止部と、
前記カテーテルに結合され、前記後退停止部の遠位に配設されている展開停止部と、
前記カテーテルに対して前記器具を第1の位置と第2の位置との間で移動させるように構成されている前進機構であって、前記第1の位置では、前記少なくとも1つの突起が、前記後退停止部に接触し、前記第2の位置では、前記少なくとも1つの突起が、前記展開停止部に接触する、前進機構と、を備える、カテーテル。 - 前記展開停止部は、前記少なくとも1つの突起を受け入れるために構成された前記カテーテルの側壁に形成されている溝の遠位端である、請求項29に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記カテーテルの前記側壁に形成されている第2の溝の遠位端に、第2の展開停止部をさらに含み、
その長手方向軸を中心として前記器具を回転させることにより、前記少なくとも1つの突起を受け入れる溝を選択することができる、請求項30に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記溝は蛇行しており、少なくとも1つの移行部によって接続されている複数の長手方向に延出している部分を含み、
前記器具の近位および遠位の並進のいずれかが、前記複数の長手方向に延出している部分のうちの1つを通って前記少なくとも1つの突起を移動させることができ、前記器具を回転させることにより、前記少なくとも1つの移行部を通って前記少なくとも1つの突起を移動させることができる、請求項30に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記展開停止部は、前記少なくとも1つの突起を受け入れるようにその内部に形成されている貫通穴を有する隔壁であり、
前記少なくとも1つの突起および前記貫通穴は、第1の配向で前記貫通穴内を通って前記少なくとも1つの突起を通過させることができるように、かつ第2の配向で前記貫通穴内を通って前記少なくとも1つの突起が通過するのを防止するように、相補的形状を有する、請求項29から32のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記後退停止部に対する前記展開停止部の位置を調節することができる、請求項29から33のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記展開停止部が、前記器具を中心として、前記カテーテルの前記内腔内に配設されている中間シャフトに結合する、請求項29から34のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記展開停止部が、前記カテーテルの側壁に形成されている戻り止めであり、前記少なくとも1つの突起は、前記戻り止めと位置調整させたときに前記戻り止め内に延出するように付勢される、請求項29から35のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記器具に結合されている付勢要素をさらに含む、請求項29から36のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル。
