Claims (11)
- 電磁放射又は粒子放射によって材料粉末を連続的な領域へと空間選択的に固化することにより、成形物体を層ごとに製造する加工機(1)であって、
プロセス空間(3)を包囲するプロセスチャンバー(2)と、
アンパック空間(5)を包囲するアンパックチャンバー(4)と、
材料粉末のためのワークテーブル(11a、12a)及び構築空間(11b、12b)をそれぞれ有する、第1の構築シリンダー(11)及び第2の構築シリンダー(12)であって、前記ワークテーブル(11a、12a)は、前記構築空間(11b、12b)内にそれぞれ変位可能である、第1の構築シリンダー(11)及び第2の構築シリンダー(12)と、
前記プロセス空間(3)内の動作位置と前記アンパック空間(5)内のアンパック位置との間で前記構築シリンダー(11、12)を移送する搬送装置(6)と、
を備え、
前記搬送装置(6)は、前記第1の構築シリンダー(11)を前記動作位置から前記アンパック位置に、及び前記第2の構築シリンダー(12)を前記アンパック位置から前記動作位置に、同時に移送するように構成されることを特徴とする、加工機。 - 請求項1に記載の加工機(1)であって、前記第1の構築シリンダー(11)及び前記第2の構築シリンダー(12)は、前記搬送装置(6)のキャリア(7)上に配置され、該キャリア(7)は、前記第1の構築シリンダー(11)及び前記第2の構築シリンダー(12)のそれぞれの対称軸(B1、B2)に対して平行に向けられた回転軸(D)を有する、加工機。
- 請求項2に記載の加工機(1)であって、前記搬送装置(6)の前記キャリア(7)は、前記回転軸(D)に対して平行に変位可能である、加工機。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の加工機(1)であって、前記プロセスチャンバー(2)及び前記アンパックチャンバー(4)は、実質的に気密に閉鎖することができ、前記動作位置及び前記アンパック位置のそれぞれにおける前記第1の構築シリンダー(11)の前記構築空間(11b)及び前記第2の構築シリンダー(12)の前記構築空間(12b)は、それぞれ、前記プロセスチャンバー(2)及び前記アンパックチャンバー(4)のそれぞれに対して実質的に気密に接続される、加工機。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の加工機(1)であって、前記第1の構築シリンダー(11)の前記構築空間(11b)、前記第2の構築シリンダー(12)の前記構築空間(12b)、前記プロセス空間(3)、及び前記アンパック空間(5)は、それぞれ、前記構築シリンダー(11、12)を前記動作位置と前記アンパック位置との間で移送する際に、実質的に気密に閉鎖される、加工機。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の加工機(1)であって、前記プロセスチャンバー(2)及び前記アンパックチャンバー(4)は、保護ガス雰囲気を生成する手段を備える、加工機。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の加工機(1)であって、前記プロセスチャンバー(2)及び/又は前記アンパックチャンバー(4)は、正圧又は負圧を生成する手段をそれぞれ備える、加工機。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の加工機(1)であって、前記アンパックチャンバー(4)は、未固化の材料粉末を回収及び/又はリサイクルする手段を備える、加工機。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の加工機(1)であって、前記第1の構築シリンダー(11)及び前記第2の構築シリンダー(12)は、圧縮空気によって動作することができる膨張可能なシール(13a)をそれぞれ備える、加工機。
- 成形体を製造する方法であって、
第1の構築シリンダー(11)の構築空間(11b)をプロセス空間(2)に接続することと、
第1の構築空間(11b)内に配置されたワークテーブル(11a)に材料粉末層を塗布することと、
電磁放射(L)又は粒子放射によって、前記材料粉末層の領域を空間選択的に固化することと、
前記ワークテーブル(11a)を材料粉末層の厚さの分だけ前記第1の構築空間内に下降させることと、
前記成形体(W)が完成するまで、前記塗布するステップ、前記固化するステップ、及び前記下降させるステップを繰り返すことと、
前記プロセス空間(3)から前記第1の構築シリンダー(11)を取り出すために、並進運動を行うことと、
前記第1の構築シリンダー(11b)の対称軸(B1)に対して平行な回転軸(D)の周りに、前記第1の構築シリンダー(11)の回転運動を行うことと、
前記第1の構築空間(11b)をアンパック空間(5)に接続するために並進運動を行うことと、
未固化の材料粉末を除去し、リサイクルすることと、
前記完成した成形体を前記第1の構築シリンダー(11)から取り出すことと、
を含み、
前記第1の構築シリンダー(11)が前記プロセス空間から前記アンパック空間に移送される間、それと同時に、第2の構築空間(12b)を有する第2の構築シリンダー(12)が、前記アンパック空間(5)から前記プロセス空間(3)に移送され、それにより、前記成形体が前記第1の構築シリンダー(11)から取り出される間に、前記第2の構築シリンダー(12)内で更なる製造プロセスを実行することができることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記移送のステップは、前記第1の構築シリンダー(11)及び前記第2の構築シリンダー(12)を、前記第1の構築シリンダー(11)及び前記第2の構築シリンダー(12)のそれぞれの対称軸(B1、B2)に対して平行に向けられた共通の回転軸(D)の周りに回転させることを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
