Claims (6)
- 加工対象物に成形層を積層させて中空形状をなす三次元形状物を形成する三次元積層方法であって、
前記加工対象物の加工面に向けて粉末材料を供給すると共に前記粉末材料に光ビームを照射して前記光ビームが照射された前記粉末材料の少なくとも一部を焼結または溶融固化させて前記成形層を形成することで内部空間が開口部を通して外部に連通する三次元形状物本体を形成する工程と、
前記三次元形状物本体を形成した後、前記開口部の端面に向けて粉末材料を供給すると共に前記粉末材料に光ビームを照射して前記光ビームが照射された前記粉末材料の少なくとも一部を焼結または溶融固化させて前記成形層を形成することで前記開口部の端面に前記開口部を閉塞するための蓋部を形成する工程と、
前記蓋部を形成した後、前記加工対象物の回転および前記開口部から前記内部空間への気体の供給により、前記内部空間の残留物を前記開口部から外部に排出する工程と、
前記内部空間の前記残留物を前記開口部から外部に排出した後、前記開口部の端面に向けて前記光ビームを照射して前記蓋部の前記成形層を溶融固化させることで前記開口部を閉塞する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする三次元積層方法。 - 前記開口部の端面と前記蓋部との間に所定長さの隙間が形成され、前記隙間に向けて前記光ビームを照射して前記成形層を溶融固化させることで前記隙間を閉塞することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の三次元積層方法。
- 前記開口部の端面と前記蓋部との間に所定長さの隙間が形成され、前記蓋部に向けて前記光ビームを照射して前記成形層を溶融固化させることで前記隙間を閉塞することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の三次元積層方法。
- 前記三次元形状物本体は、前記加工対象物の加工面に前記成形層を積層することで形成された第1壁部と第2壁部を有し、前記第1壁部と前記第2壁部により前記内部空間が形成されると共に、前記第1壁部の端部と前記第2壁部の端部により前記開口部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の三次元積層方法。
- 前記開口部の前記成形層を溶融固化させて前記開口部を閉塞した後、前記開口部の閉塞部に向けて粉末材料を供給すると共に前記粉末材料に光ビームを照射して前記光ビームが照射された前記粉末材料の少なくとも一部を焼結または溶融固化させて前記成形層を形成することで被覆部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の三次元積層方法。
- 供給された粉末材料に光ビームを照射することで前記粉末材料の少なくとも一部を焼結または溶融固化させて形成された成形層を積層することで内部空間が開口部を通して外部に連通するように形成された三次元形状物本体と、
前記開口部の端面に向けて前記粉末材料を供給すると共に前記粉末材料に前記光ビームを照射して前記光ビームが照射された前記粉末材料の少なくとも一部を焼結または溶融固化させて形成された蓋部の前記成形層に、前記光ビームを照射して前記蓋部の前記成形層が溶融固化することで前記開口部を閉塞する閉塞部と、
供給された粉末材料に光ビームを照射することで前記粉末材料の少なくとも一部を焼結または溶融固化させて形成された前記成形層を積層することで前記閉塞部を被覆するように形成された被覆部と、
を備えることを特徴とする三次元形状物。
