Abstract
Description
本願は、2018年3月23日が出願日である米国仮特許出願第62/647218号からの優先権を主張するものであり、その全ての開示は、全ての目的のために参照により本明細書に援用される。
Claims (15)
- Sブロック及びE又はE1ブロックを有し、一般式S−E−S、(S−E1)nX、又はそれらの混合物を有する選択的に水素化されたブロックコポリマーであって、
nは2〜6の値を有し、
Xはカップリング剤残基であり、
Sブロックの分子量が4,400〜5,600g/molであり、
前記ブロックコポリマーの溶液粘度が80センチポイズ(cP)未満であり、
前記ブロックコポリマー中のポリスチレン含量が25〜40重量%であり、
前記ブロックコポリマー中に最大50重量%の一般式S−E又はS−E1のジブロック単位を含み、
水素化前に、
Sブロックはポリスチレンブロックであり、
Eブロックは、ポリブタジエン、ポリイソプレン及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、18,000〜26,000g/molの分子量を有するポリジエンブロックであり、
E1ブロックは、ポリブタジエン、ポリイソプレン及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、9,000〜13,000g/molの分子量を有するポリジエンブロックであり、
前記ポリジエンブロックの総ビニル含量が60〜85%であり、
水素化後に、
前記ブロックコポリマー中のスチレン二重結合の0〜10%が還元され、
前記ブロックコポリマー中の共役ジエン二重結合の少なくとも80%が還元される、
選択的に水素化されたブロックコポリマー。 - 前記ブロックコポリマーが、230℃未満の秩序ー無秩序温度(ODT)を有する、請求項1に記載のブロックコポリマー。
- 前記ブロックコポリマーが、式S−Eのジブロックコポリマーが10重量%未満である式S−E−S、又は、式(S−E1)のジブロックコポリマーが5〜50重量%である式(S−E1)nXを有する、請求項1又は2に記載のブロックコポリマー。
- 前記カップリング剤が、安息香酸メチル、四塩化ケイ素、アルコキシシラン、ポリエポキシド、ポリイソシアネート、ポリイミン、ポリアルデヒド、ポリケトン、ポリ無水物、ポリエステル、ポリハロゲン化物、ジエステル、メトキシシラン、ジビニルベンゼン、1,3,5−ベンゼントリカルボン酸トリクロリド、グリシドキシトリメトキシシラン、オキシジプロピルビス(トリメトキシシラン)及びそれらの混合物の群から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載のブロックコポリマー。
- 前記ブロックコポリマーが、S−E−Sの式及び10cP〜80cPの範囲の溶液粘度、又は、(S−E1)nXの式及び10〜50cPの範囲の溶液粘度を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のブロックコポリマー。
- 前記ブロックコポリマーが、190℃及び2.16kgの重量で80〜600g/10分のメルトインデックスを有する、請求項1又は2に記載のブロックコポリマー。
- 前記ブロックコポリマーが、少なくとも300%の破断点伸びを有する、請求項1又は2に記載のブロックコポリマー。
- 前記ブロックコポリマーが、少なくとも4MPaの引張強度を有する、請求項1に記載のブロックコポリマー。
- 前記ブロックコポリマーが、フマル酸、イタコン酸、シトラコン酸、アクリル酸、無水マレイン酸、無水イタコン酸、無水シトラコン酸、及びそれらの誘導体及びその誘導体から選択される官能基で官能化される、請求項1に記載のブロックコポリマー。
- 0〜約80重量%のポリα−オレフィン
10〜約60重量%の粘着性付与樹脂、及び
10〜約50重量%の請求項1に記載の水素化ブロックコポリマー
を含む接着剤組成物。 - 請求項1に記載の選択的に水素化されたブロックコポリマー、
0.001〜90重量%の添加剤であって、オレフィンポリマー、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、熱可塑性コポリエステル、スチレンポリマー、熱可塑性エラストマー、粘着性付与樹脂、ポリマー伸展油、ワックス、充填剤、潤滑剤、安定剤、エンジニアリング熱可塑性樹脂、及びそれらの混合物から選択される添加剤
を含む組成物。 - 前記添加剤が、40g/10分を超えるメルトフローレートを有する高流動ポリオレフィンである、請求項11に記載の組成物。
- 前記選択的に水素化されたブロックコポリマーが、140〜230℃の秩序ー無秩序温度(ODT)を有する、請求項11に記載の組成物。
- 玩具、医療機器、フィルム、チュービング、プロファイル、3D印刷物品、シート、コーティング、シート、バンド、ストリップ、成形品、チューブ、フォーム、テープ、布、糸、フィラメント、リボン、繊維、繊維状ウェブ、オーバーモールド自動車部品、浸漬物品、シート成形物品、ホットメルト接着剤、タイ層、ルーフィングシート、膜、タイヤトレッド、及びタイヤ内装から選択され、
射出成型、オーバーモールディング、浸漬、押出、回転成形、スラッシュ成形、繊維紡糸、フィルム製造、3D印刷及び発泡によって形成される、
請求項11に記載の組成物を含む物品。 - Sブロック及びE又はE1ブロックを有し、一般式S−E−S、(S−E1)nX、又はそれらの混合物を有する選択的に水素化されたブロックコポリマーを含む組成物であって、
nは2〜6の値を有し、
Xはカップリング剤残基であり、
前記ブロックコポリマーのスチレン含量が29〜37重量%であり、
溶液粘度が10〜80センチポイズ(cP)の範囲であり、
水素化前に、
Sブロックはポリスチレンブロックであり、
Eブロックは、ポリブタジエン、ポリイソプレン及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、18,000〜26,000g/molの分子量を有するポリジエンブロックであり、
E1ブロックは、ポリブタジエン、ポリイソプレン及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、9,000〜13,000g/molの分子量を有するポリジエンブロックであり、
前記ポリジエンブロックの総ビニル含量が70〜85%であり、
水素化後に、
スチレン二重結合の0〜10%が還元され、
前記ブロックコポリマーが、グラフト化モノマーとして、フマル酸、イタコン酸、シトラコン酸、アクリル酸、無水マレイン酸、無水イタコン酸、無水シトラコン酸、及びそれらの誘導体及びその誘導体から選択される、0.1〜10重量%の官能基を含み、
前記選択的に水素化されたブロックコポリマーが、230℃未満の秩序ー無秩序温度(ODT)を有する、
組成物。
