Abstract
Description
20:色変換機能層
下記構造式の緑色蛍光体と赤色蛍光体とをモル比50:1で溶媒のキシレン(Xylene)に溶かして、第1溶液を製造した。
上記相変化素材(PEG)を、樹脂100重量部に対し5重量部になるようにしたこと以外には、実施例1と同様に進行して、色変換フィルムを製造した。
上記相変化素材(PEG)を、樹脂100重量部に対し10重量部になるようにしたこと以外には、実施例1と同様に進行して、色変換フィルムを製造した。
上記相変化素材(PEG)を、樹脂100重量部に対し50重量部になるようにしたこと以外には、実施例1と同様に進行して、色変換フィルムを製造した。
上記相変化素材(PEG)を、樹脂100重量部に対し70重量部になるようにしたこと以外には、実施例1と同様に進行して、色変換フィルムを製造した。
上記構造式の緑色蛍光体と赤色蛍光体とをモル比50:1で溶媒のキシレン(Xylene)に溶かして、第1溶液を製造した。
上記相変換層を樹脂(PEG)と相変化素材である硫化ナトリウム水和物(Na2SO4・10H2O、樹脂に対し40重量部)とを溶媒の水に溶かして混合した後、上記色変換層上にコーティングして製造したこと以外には、実施例6と同様に進行して、色変換フィルムを製造した。
上記相変化素材を使用しないこと以外には、実施例1と同様に進行して、相変化素材を使用していない色変換フィルムを製造した。
Claims (15)
- 基材フィルム;及び
前記基材フィルム上に備えられた色変換機能層を含み、
前記色変換機能層は、相変化素材を含み、
前記相変化素材は、有機単量体、高分子及び無機塩水和物からなる群より選択される少なくとも一つである、色変換フィルム。 - 前記相変化素材は、30℃〜80℃で固体−液体相変化(Solid-liquid phase transition)が起きるものである、請求項1に記載の色変換フィルム。
- 前記相変化素材の含量は、前記色変換機能層100重量部に対し5〜50重量部である、請求項1または2に記載の色変換フィルム。
- 前記有機単量体は、パラフィン系化合物、脂肪酸系化合物、アルコール系化合物及びカーボネート系化合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも一つである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルム。
- 前記高分子は、ポリエチレングリコール(poly(ethylene glycol))、ポリプロピレンオキシド(poly(propylene oxide), PPO)及びポリテトラヒドロフラン(polytetrahydrofuran, PTHF)を含む群より選択される少なくとも一つである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルム。
- 前記無機塩水和物は、LiNO3・3H2O、Na2SO4・10H2O、NaCH3COO・3H2O、CaBr2・6H2O、Na2HPO4・12H2O、Zn(NO3)2・nH2O、Na2S2O3・5H2O及びCd(NO3)2・4H2Oを含む群より選択される少なくとも一つである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルム。
- 前記色変換機能層は、前記相変化素材を含む色変換層を含むものである、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルム。
- 前記色変換機能層は、色変換層及び相変換層を含み、
前記相変換層は、前記相変化素材を含むものである、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルム。 - 前記色変換機能層上に保護フィルムをさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルム。
- 前記色変換機能層は、有機蛍光染料を含み、
前記有機蛍光染料は、ボディピー系、アクリジン系、キサンテン系、アリールメタン系、クマリン系、多環芳香族炭化水素系、多環ヘテロ芳香族系、ペリレン系、ピロール系及びピレン系誘導体からなる群より選択されるものを含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルム。 - 基材フィルムを準備するステップ;及び
前記基材フィルム上に相変化素材を含む色変換機能層を形成するステップを含み、
前記相変化素材は、有機単量体、高分子及び無機塩水和物からなる群より選択される少なくとも一つである、色変換フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記色変換機能層を形成するステップは、
樹脂、溶媒、相変化素材及び有機蛍光染料が混合された樹脂溶液を準備するステップ;
前記樹脂溶液を前記基材フィルム上にコーティングして、相変化素材を含んだ色変換機能層を形成するステップ;及び
前記基材フィルム上に形成された前記相変化素材を含んだ色変換機能層を乾燥するステップを含む、請求項11に記載の色変換フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記色変換機能層を形成するステップは、
前記基材フィルム上に色変換層を形成するステップ;及び
前記色変換層上に前記相変化素材を含む相変換層を形成するステップを含む、請求項11または12に記載の色変換フィルムの製造方法。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルムを含むバックライトユニット。
- 請求項14に記載のバックライトユニットを含むディスプレイ装置。
