ピストンロッド(5)に動作可能に係合され、用量の設定のためにハウジング(1)に対して長手近位方向(23)に可動であり、用量の投薬のためにハウジング(1)に対して長手遠位方向(22)に可動であるドライバ(8)と、
該ドライバ(8)上またはその中に配置され、ロッド延長部(50)をピストンロッド(5)に対して長手方向に動かすようにロッド延長部(50)に動作可能に係合された調整器(70)とを含む、前記注射デバイス。 - ドライバ(8)は、ハウジング(1)に回転不能にロックされ、ドライバ(8)は、ピストンロッド(5)にねじ係合される、請求項1に記載の注射デバイス。
- ピストンロッド(5)は、ドライバ(8)のねじ山(18)にねじ係合された少なくとも1つの可撓性案内機能(15)を含む、請求項1または2に記載の注射デバイス。
- 調整器(70)は、ドライバ(8)に軸方向に係合される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 調整器(70)は、ロッド延長部(50)に長手方向に摺動係合する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 調整器(70)は、ロッド延長部(50)に回転不能にロックされ、ロッド延長部(50)は、ピストンロッド(5)の遠位端にねじ係合される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 調整器(70)は、所定の保持トルクを上回る調整トルクが調整器(70)に印加されたとき、ピストンロッド(5)に対して回転可能であり、保持トルクは、用量の投薬中にピストンロッド(5)を遠位方向(22)に変位させるために必要とされる駆動トルクより大きい、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 調整器(70)とピストンロッド(5)との間の摩擦係合およびラチェット係合のうちの少なくとも1つをさらに含み、摩擦係合およびラチェット係合のうちの少なくとも1つは、所定の保持トルクを画成する、請求項7に記載の注射デバイス。
- ロッド延長部(50)と調整器(70)との間に配置された中間片(60)をさらに含み、該中間片(60)は、ロッド延長部(50)および調整器(70)に回転不能にロックされる、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 中間片(60)は、ロッド延長部(50)および調整器(70)のうちの少なくとも1つに長手方向に摺動係合し、中間片(60)は、ピストンロッド(5)に回転ラチェット係合する、請求項9に記載の注射デバイス。
- 調整器(70)は、遠位セクション(71)および近位セクション(73)を含み、遠位セクション(71)は、ロッド延長部(50)に動作可能に係合され、調整器(70)の近位セクション(73)は、ドライバ(8)内で回転不能に支持される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- ドライバ(8)に軸方向に係合されたボタン(9)をさらに含み、調整器(70)の近位端(79)は、ボタン(9)の近位端面(43)のレセプタクル(40)内に配置される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 調整器(70)は、長手方向に延びるスリーブセクション(76)およびヘッド(75)を含み、ヘッド(75)は、スリーブセクション(76)と比較すると径方向に広がり、ヘッド(75)は、スリーブセクション(76)の近位端に位置し、ヘッド(75)は、調整器(70)の近位端(79)を形成する、請求項12に記載の注射デバイス。
- ヘッド(75)は、ボタン(9)の近位端面(43)から遠位に位置する近位端面(77)を含む、請求項12または13に記載の注射デバイス。
- ハウジング(1)内に配置されたカートリッジ(12)をさらに含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- ピストンロッド(5)は、ハウジング(1)にねじ係合される、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
