− 最大寸法が150ミクロン以下の粒状物のみを有する新しい粉末を提供するステップと、
− 積層造形ステップに既に供している、いわゆる使用済み粉末を提供し、最大寸法が150ミクロン以下の粒状物のみを有するようにするための、前記使用済み粉末を較正するステップと、
− 70/30〜50/50の間、好ましくは60/40程度の新しい粉末/使用済み粉末比で、新しい粉末と較正した使用済み粉末とを混合するステップと、

積層造形ステップS1は、粉末、特にプラスチック材料の粉末に基づいて実行される。利用される積層造形法は、有利には、「選択的レーザー焼結」とも呼ばれる粉末床溶融結合、粉末結合の方法である。
積層造形のステップS1の後に、粉末除去のステップS2が続く。このステップは、粉末から未処理部品を分離できるようにする。

方法は、サンドブラストステップS4の後に、イオン化ブローステップS5を含む。実際のところ、サンドブラストは、化粧品アプリケータの毛又は他の隙間に粒子を滞留させることがある。粒子は、主に化粧品アプリケータを構成する材料の粒子、たとえばPA11であるが、サンドブラストステップS4で利用する研磨剤の粒子であり得る。
所望の最終表面状態を得るために、たとえばPA11又はPA12の、積層造形ステップS1で利用される粉末が、最初に適切な特性を有することが重要である。
プリブローステップS3は、粉末除去ステップS2の後、サンドブラストステップS4の前に実行される。
補足的な清浄は、洗浄又は清浄と呼ばれるステップS6で実行され得る。
・ボイラーと呼ばれる洗浄タンク、
・すすぎタンク、
・蒸発ゾーン、
・乾燥ゾーン、及び
・4℃で洗浄製品を収集及びリサイクルできるようにする凝縮コイル
を含み得る。
認定ステップS7は、実際の製造方法の最後に得られた化粧品アプリケータが特定の認定基準を満たすことを保証できるようにし得る。
Claims (11)
- 握持部と、毛又は歯を含む塗布部とを含む化粧品アプリケータを製造する方法であって、前記握持部及び前記塗布部は一体に形成されており、
前記方法が、プラスチック材料の粉末を焼結することによる積層造形のステップ(S1)と、これに続く粉末除去のステップ(S2)及び前記化粧品アプリケータから分離されるか又は部分的に焼結された粒子の除去のための後処理とを含み、
前記後処理が、
− サンドブラスト(S4)、及び
− イオン化ブロー(S5)
のステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記後処理が、好ましくは非水性溶媒中での、洗浄の最終ステップ(S6)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記プラスチック材料がポリアミド、好ましくは脂肪族ポリアミド、たとえばポリアミド11である、請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記積層造形ステップ(S1)の前に、前記ポリアミド粉末を処理するステップ(S0)を含み、前記処理ステップが、
− 最大寸法が150ミクロン以下の粒状物のみを有する新しい粉末を提供するステップと、
− 前記積層造形ステップに既に供している、いわゆる使用済み粉末を提供し、前記最大寸法が150ミクロン以下の粒状物のみを有するようにするための前記使用済み粉末を較正する、ステップと、
− 70/30〜50/50の間、好ましくは60/40程度の新しい粉末/使用済み粉末比で、前記新しい粉末と前記較正した使用済み粉末とを混合するステップと
を含む、請求項3に記載の製造方法。 - 前記積層造形(S1)が、レーザーによる粉末床溶融結合を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記サンドブラストステップの前にプリブローステップ(S3)を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記サンドブラストが、45ミクロン〜90ミクロンの間にある直径のガラス球を用いる微小球処理によって実行される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記サンドブラスト(S4)が、2つのサンドブラストノズルを含む回転ドラム内で実行される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記イオン化ブロー(S5)が、内部イオン化バー及び外部イオン化バーを含む回転ドラム内で実行される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記サンドブラスト(S4)及びイオン化ブロー(S5)のステップが、300個〜10000個の化粧品アプリケータのバッチで実行される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法を含む化粧品アプリケータを生産する方法であって、所定の数の化粧品アプリケータのバッチで、500ミクロンよりも大きい最大寸法の、分離された又は部分的に焼結された残留粒子の数を測定することと、前記粒子の数がゼロではない場合に、後処理ステップの少なくとも1つのパラメータを修正することとを含む認定ステップ(S7)、次いで500ミクロンよりも大きい最大寸法の粒子の前記数がゼロになるまでこのような製造方法及び認定ステップ(S7)の連続をさらに含む、生産方法。
